Chapter 10

~Re-cap~ Cameron had to go home because of his mom, so I had to walk home alone...~

I felt lonely walking home alone without Cameron. He protects me, I guess. I love him with all my heart. Just as my mind floated away from those thoughts, I felt someone grab my waist and cover my mouth. I tried to scream but it was no use. The dark figure pushed me to the ground and started beating me up. Her (I'm guessing) fists punched me hard in the stomach. I let out a moan of pain and she punched me in the head. I started to black out, as the person took his mask off, it sort of looked like...

The next morning I woke up in a room on a bed with hundreds of tubes in my arms. Where am I?

Cameron's P.O.V
I got a call from a hospital when I woke up.
"Hello?"
"Yes, hello is this Cameron Dallas?"
"Um, yes ma'm..."
"We were calling to inform you that your friend, Alexandria "Alex" Rose Sanchez, is here in the hospital." My heart sank to the floor. "You are the only one on her emergency contact list because of her family issues. Can you please stop by to fill out some paperwork and take her home?"
"Y-yes I c-can. What t-time?" I couldn't stopped crying. She's the love of my life and she's been through so much...
"As soon as possible sir." And with that I hung up, got dressed, got directions to the hospital, and left. All I could think about was the pain she might be in right now.
When I got to the hospital I ran to her room and slowly knocked on the door.
"Come in." I heard her voice say. She sounded so weak.
Alex's P.O.V
"Hey you." Cameron said and smiled, sitting on my hospital bed.
"Hey. I'm really sorry I don't even know what happened or wh-"
"Why are you sorry? It's not like you did this to yourself. You're ok and safe now. That's all that matters." he said kissing me on the cheek. "I'm going to go talk to the nurse and get some food from the cafeteria. Do you want anything?"
"No. But when the nurses tell you what happened, I don't know who did this to me so please don't go on a rampage." I giggled while tears were pouring out of my eyes. He nodded and left trying to hold back tears.

Unknown P.O.V
I woke up at about 11:00am when I got a text from Cameron.
From: Babe 😘
I know it was you. You could have killed her. We are broken up and have been for 3 years. Stay away from her or else...
Oh he's SOOO cute when he's mad. He's mine not hers. She better stay away from him of I will hit her where it hurts!
