To Fan Girl or Not ?

I was just sitting on my chair. Tapping my pen on my desk. Listening to Jessie J’s Domino. Then I started writing. I wrote that its how you own the stage. As if it was your last. As if time would end.Then my classmates sat beside me

“Hey, you know Darren right?” one of my friends asked

“ Yeah.. The guy on TV last night?” I asked

“Isnt he dreamy ?” they asked me

“ Dreamy.. Its just his voice I payed attention to..” I said just realizing it that second.

Yeah. There was no girl in our classroom who didnt knew Darren. All girls are fangirling him so bad except ME. Because Im not really that kind of person. Im a fan but I am not obssesed or what. His voice has a trademark thats all. He has a potential. Then the bell rang. It was MAPEH period. Music to be exact. So it was the first meeting. So , the teacher called us alphabetically . Oh gosh. As usual . Im first. Aldena. Here we go with the first day routine.

“ Hi. So I am Louise Aldeneda” I said

“ You’re a pretty lady.” My teacher said

“ Thank you..” I just said ( even if I knew it was a bluff)

“ Any talent there..?”  our teacher askedme

“ I  dont think so Ma’am.” I just said

“ Ma’am she can sing !” one shouted

Oh no! Here we go

“ Just a taste of that voice.” Our teacher said

“ Its gonna rain.” I mumbled to my self

“ Come on! You were singing a while a go.” One of them shouted

WILL YOU PEOPLE KEEP QUIET! Im thinking of a song that I would not get embarrased with ok ?! Hmm... Ok. Im singing my favorite . Domino by Jessie J. I have no other choice. Im just... Its just this weird gutt feeling.

“ You got me loosing my mind” I started

Every body just went silent.

“My heart beats out of time..” I continued

They started giving the tempo. That was help.

“ Im seeing hollywood STARS...” I just broke free...

 Then somebody played the bass, then the guitar.. THEN the boys were tapping a beat for me. I just owned those seconds. As if it was my stage. I just really enjoyed. I was all over the room. Our teacher, enjoying. Woah! When did I have the gutts to bring that out.. I mean that confidence. Then I finished it.

“ Go Louise!” some cheered

“ Phew!” I said deep inside

“ You are one performer miss. What power!” our teacher said

“ Oh. Thank you Ma’am” I just uttered

“ I just remembered somebody from you.”  Our teacher said

“ Who ma’am ?” I asked

“ The guy in TV last night...” my teacher said trying to remember the name

“ Darren Ma’am ?” one said

“ Yes. Him.” Our teacher said

So he is the universal topic for one week. That’s official. Twitter. Facebook. It would all just talk about him. Cause his voice is genuine to the whole world I think.

“ You may be a perfect match you know...” our teacher said

Ok. Its getting weirder. I just went back to my seat. And then I just kept quiet. Ok. His my idol in a way. The confidence. The way he brings the stage. His voice. As an artist . Then I had no homework I went close to some of my classmates

“ Hey.” I said

“ Great voice back there.” My classmate Heidi said

“ Ow, thank you “ I said

“ Look, what’s fan girling ?” I asked

“ Oh.. Uhm, its like having a crush on a celebrity. You freak out when you see him. Its like falling in love at first sight. And you just can’t hide being crazy about him” Heidi said

“ oh. You know Darren right ?” I asked

“ Yup. He’s just so..” she said

“ ok. Got to go.” I just said.. trying to stay away from that freaky fan girl

The day ended quickly. I wanted to concentrate on the books for advance reading for the next day. Yes. I am an academic person. I just got tempted by my Ipod. Domino and all my other songs. But thinking I wanted to hear Darren’s voice. Its just so .. Encouraging.. I dont really know. There is really something unique. A trademark. Then I downloaded it for a minute. Then I never changed the song. It was only that Domino cover again and again. And honestly, it was effective for as reading music. Then my mom saw my Ipod.

“ Louise..” mom asked

“ Yes?” i just said pretending I dont know what she was talking about

“ No wonder you were smiling last night sleeping.” Mom said

“ Was I?” I just said

He has a voice . And now I realize, i won’t ever get over it. That’s the sign. But I think this is just crazy, and I cant believe this is happening. For the frist time in history.I am not the girl that is a fan girl to be honest. Ok. Yes. I’m a fan girl. But it would be my secret for a while. Cause when one will know. Im doomed.
