I have a theory about The Ark. This theory actually started after watching Night Mind's Marble Hornets: Explained video. I recommend watching it.
So, I think The Ark is actually where you go to after death. Only when you're being stalked by The Øperator, and if you had the sickness, you would go to The Ark after death. Brian, Jay, and Alex are there I believe. I don't know what it would look like, but maybe the painting in Brian's house is an idea.
