OMG! Not another vampire story!

Part 8

After school I went to the Graveyard and handle something before my date with Hannah. Someone is here that needs to leave. I head over and look around and eventually find Derek, haven't seen him in a while. Of coarse he was with some girls, not vampires of course.

"What's up?" He asked as I walked over to him. "Haven't seen you in a while; Heard you enrolled in high school again. What's up with that?"

"Guess I'm trying something new" I replied. " Hey, have you seen Lysander around lately? I heard someone saw him around. I wonder what he is up to now...'

"Actually, I saw him just yesterday; he said he had some unfinished business... Why?"

"Uh, nothing. Just wondering if he's up to the same old stuff."

"What happened last time anyways?" He asked the one question I hoped he wouldn't.

"Nothing, he's just no good. If you see him, let me know. I know he is up to something, and if he isn't, he probably will be soon!" I said as I started to walk away. "Bye!"

"Wait don't you want to hang with us?" He asked as the girls beside him smiled at me. They were probably on so many drugs that I looked like a rainbow spider, but they still wanted me. Ugh! How gross!

"No thanks, I'm busy tonight!" I waved and left.

Soon is my long awaited date with Hannah! I can't wait, but I still had to meet her parents. Were they scary? I bet not. She is probably going to dress up, right? I head back to my car and start to drive while my GPS tells me the directions to Hannah's house. She lives out of town, in the country. Soon I am driving into her long driveway and pull up to her one story house. I get out and walk to the door. My heart is beating faster than ever. I've never done this before. Will her Dad be polishing a gun like in those movies or what? I knock on the door, ready as I'll ever be.
