We appeared on a random street in New York. "So.... what do you want to do?" Chaos asked cheerfully. "I dunno." Percy shrugged. "Let's watch a movie." Chaos nodded. We went to a cinema and watched Jurassic World 2.
"I don't remember creating those things." Chaos pouted. Percy chuckled. They exited the cinema and walked along the street. As they walked, a bunch of people stared at them. "What are they looking at?" Chaos asked. Percy shrugged. "I have no idea." But when some girls started to brush against Percy, Chaos felt an unfamiliar feeling in her chest. "So where do we go next?" Percy asked, oblivious to the flirting. "I don't know." Chaos replied. Percy then looked thoughtful. "How about we go to Disneyland?"
And so Percy took Chaos' hand as Chaos teleported them to Disneyland. "Woah." Percy gaped at the amusement park in front of him. "You know we're probably the most irresponsible immortals of all time, right?" Chaos told Percy. "Well yeah, but considering the fact that I've been saving the world since I was twelve, don't I deserve a little fun?" Percy grinned, making Chaos' heart flutter a little bit. "Maybe." She teased. Percy yanked on Chaos' hand. "Come on!" Chaos rolled her eyes but followed him.
They went on a few rides and just had a lot of fun. "The themes are a bit too childish if you ask me." Percy mumbled as he got on a Dumbo ride. Chaos giggled. "You were the one who offered to go here in the first place!" Percy rolled his eyes but smiled. After they got off the ride, Chaos ran to the nearest rubbish bin. "Was it really that bad?" Percy wondered aloud. "Hi...." Percy turned around and saw a blonde girl looking shyly at him. "Uh...." Percy didn't know how to react. The girl looked at him and blushed. "Canyougoonadatewithme?" She squeaked. "Uh... what?" Percy asked, still confused. "Can you go on a date with me?" The girl asked. "Well uhhhhh....." Percy didn't know how to handle this situation. When he started dating Annabeth, he didn't really pay attention to other girls. And now Annabeth left him, he has kind of grown fond of Chaos. Luckily for Percy, Chaos came back. "Hey Percy!" Percy sighed in relief. The girl found herself in an awkward situation. "Well uh, I'll just leave now." She left quickly. Chaos raised an eyebrow. "What happened?" Percy shrugged and told her how the girl asked him to go on a date. "Why not?" Chaos asked, once Percy was finished. "She was quite cute." Percy shrugged. "Nah. I think I'll pass for now." Chaos smiled sweetly at him, causing his heart to flutter. "So where do we go now?" Chaos asked. "I don't know. It's getting late." He looked at the sky. "Let's have dinner here."
They went into a restaurant and had a nice dinner. Once they had finished, they heard a few rumbles outside. "What's going on?" Percy asked. Chaos shrugged. Percy stood up and suddenly asked. "Wait.... do we have to pay?" Chaos giggled. "Nah, I bended the mist to make them think we've already paid." Percy grinned. "Nice." Then his smile turned into a frown. "I kinda feel bad now." Chaos smiled and hugged him. Percy hesitantly hugged her back. When Chaos pulled away, Percy's cheeks were burning. "Why?" He asked. "Because you're nice." Chaos replied, hiding her blush. "Let's go out." Percy offered, changing the subject. "Ok." Chaos smiled and went outside with Percy. "Whoa. There are fireworks?" Percy gaped at the beautiful fireworks that lit up the night sky. Chaos smiled and placed her hand on Percy's shoulder to get his attention. "What?" Chaos smiled and whispered in his ear. "I'll go make reservations at the hotel." She winked and disappeared. Percy sighed and looked at the fireworks. They didn't seem as beautiful as before without Chaos next to him.
Chaos appeared in a hotel room she 'booked'. She had to organize her feelings. Did she like Percy? Yes. As friends, because he was literally the only person she has talked to in a few millennia. But was that the extent to her feelings? Maybe. She sighed and brushed a loose strand of hair off her face. Did she like-like Percy Jackson?
She returned to him a minute later. The crowd had dispersed and Percy was sitting on a bench, waiting for her. "Hey, Chaos." He smiled. Her heart fluttered when she looked at him. To be fair, they spent a whole week together, alone. And it's hard not to have feeling for someone you spent a whole week with. "Chaos?" He asked with a look of concern. "Yeah?" She replied. "Oh, I thought you were sick or something." Kind and caring, but a bit stupid. She noted. "So where are we staying tonight?" Percy asked. "At the hotel." Chaos replied. "Ya know, this is fun." Percy commented. "Why?" Chaos asked, wanting to know his reasoning. "Well, for starters, I've been either training for a war, going on a quest or running from monsters for the past few years. So it's nice to just relax and have fun with my new best friend." A smile tugged at his lips. "And it helps that she's adorable." He teased. Chaos immediately blushed crimson. But, Percy being Percy, didn't notice it. "This place is huge." He whistled appreciatively. Chaos smiled and offered him her hand. Percy took it. Then she flashed them into their room.
"Uh.... there's only one bed." Percy said as he looked around the room. "You can sleep with me." Chaos said smoothly. "Wha? You know how weird that sounds?" He exclaimed. "Actually, I don't. And, you're my best friend, so what can go wrong?" She asked. "It's just that you're a girl, and I'm a boy, so don't you think it's a tad bit inappropriate?" Percy asked. Chaos, now understanding why he was so flustered, blushed. "I trust you to not do anything like that." She replied. "Nice of you to trust me...." Percy mumbled. Chaos smiled. "Great! I'll take a bath first." Percy nodded. When Chaos went into the bathroom, a mischievous smile covered his face.
He concentrated on his water powers and stopped the tap. Almost immediately, a shriek was heard. "What's happening?" Percy laughed imagining the look on Chaos' face. After a few seconds, he released the flow of water, also adding a bit more pressure to the flow. "What is happening?" Chaos shrieked. Percy snickered. Chaos was actually a sweet girl, not to mention extremely likable and pretty. But again, Percy won't say that out loud. Because he didn't know how Chaos would react to that. He loved Annabeth, but now she sort of dumped him, he felt lonely. Chaos helped fix that, and she was a great friend. Not to mention she was pretty. Gods, stop thinking about that! Percy yelled mentally.
A few minutes later, Chaos stepped out of the bathroom, glowering at Percy. "What?" Percy asked, trying to keep a straight face. Chaos' hair was wet and her cheeks had a small blush, accentuating her looks. "I know it was you, Percy." She gave him one last glare then laid down on the bed next to him. "Your turn." She said mischievously. Percy gulped. "Sorry..." He smiled. Chaos felt her heart flutter again at Percy's lop-sided smile. "Fine. Don't do that again." She said before returning to her usual sweet and cheerful self. Percy looked at her warily before going into the bathroom.
A few minutes later, Percy walked out of the bathroom with a towel wrapped around his legs. "Uh.... I don't have any clothes I can change into." He said awkwardly. Chaos looked peeked at him under the blankets. She had to admit, he had a well-toned body. Chaos waved her hands and a white t-shirt and a pair of black pants appeared. "Thanks." Percy put on the t-shirt and looked at Chaos expectantly. "Yes?" Chaos said sweetly. "Can you get me a pair of underpants?" He asked awkwardly. It was weird asking a girl for male underwear. Chaos rolled her eyes, though Percy couldn't see it, and summoned what he needed. "Thanks."
After Percy put then on, crawled onto the bed awkwardly. Chaos couldn't help but giggle. "What's so funny?" Percy asked incredulously. "Nothing." Chaos smiled. "Good night." Percy mumbled. "Good night, Percy."
A/N This story will mostly be about them just hanging around and having fun. There will be some Perchaos (That's what I'm calling this ship. Shut up.) action next chapter. Not too much, because I don't want them to be together too soon.
