Lucifer Season 4 Episode 1

Back in LUX

'You killed Pierce?' Ella looks shocked as Lucifer and Chloe are starting to explain what happened.

'Good, he deserved it.' Says Daniel as he appears to be happy with that revenge.

'we did sort of create another problem though. How do we not get caught, and how do we tell the department about this?' asks Chloe.

'How about,' Daniel thinks for a bit before he says it, '... we don't.' Lucifer takes out the demon knife, it's bloody. However, the blood has dried.

'I still have the murder weapon.' Everyone looks annoyed at Lucifer, they're all fully aware that bringing the murder weapon away from the crime scene is foolish. However, Chloe then looks at the murder weapon with more curiosity,

'isn't that Maze's knife?' Lucifer blinks and then answers,

'yes, it is. Pierce must've stolen it from her, I wonder where Maze is anyways.' Daniel asks,

'Why would Pierce steal a knife from Maze?' Lucifer puts the knife on the bar table of the penthouse and explains,

'well knives forced from Hell can harm-.'

'Lucifer, maybe hold off on the "metaphors" for now?' says Chloe whilst she interrupts Lucifer. Chloe probably doesn't want to get into the celestial details with Daniel and Ella around, they might start questioning why Chloe believes Lucifer all the sudden. Chloe then starts pondering for a while before coming up with a small plan,

'First off, let's just give Maze her knife back, she'll probably get rid of the blood on her own. Then we need a way to either pin Pierce's murder on someone else, or we would just have to tell the truth.' Ella questions this plan,

'Who would we pin the murder on? And if we would have to tell the truth, how can anyone believe us?' Daniel looks to the bedroom of the penthouse where the Sinnerman's criminal is still tied down.

'We got evidence over there.' Dan points to where he is. Chloe nods,

'How would we get him to tell the truth though?' Lucifer smirks as he looks at Chloe,

'It's simple Detective, just get a Devil to do it for you.' Chloe gives a light smile to Lucifer's aide. The four of them soon start moving: Lucifer is going to Linda to ask about Maze's whereabouts, Ella is going back to the precinct to see if anything happened there, Daniel is taking their evidence and will make sure he will be ready for the interrogation of Pierce's death, and finally Chloe will go back to the crime scene to make sure all the evidence is there to support their claims and to make sure the murder weapon won't be traced back.
