weeks, days and finally two months flew by and Seokjin nearly forgot about the trip to the museum. but now he sat in a cold aired bus, driving with the people of his art class to the destination.
Seokjin celebrated the new year with his friends at home, watching Disney films on his sofa and eating fondue. they had a lot of fun and stayed at his comfortable flat for three days in a row, only sleeping, eating and talking.
in the first minutes of january Jin promised to himself to make a new start and leaving all the bad memories behind. watching all the fireworks and stars in the dark sky while his warm breath was visible in the cold air of the night he smiled to himself, hugging all his friends tight.

spring arrived just as quickly as winter did last year. the snow started melting down the trees and houses, the air in the city slowly getting warmer and flowers started growing slowly, plants started getting green again.
back in the bus, the young male had his head leaned on the cold window of the bus, listening to calming music through his headphones. nearly dozing off, he was awoken by the bus stopping abruptly. rubbing the sleep out of his eyes, he left the bus with the other students, walking into a big, grey building.
when they entered the foyer, Mrs Newby spoke up. "so my art bees, here we are. this is the museum I told you about. this building has five sections, today we only are in section one and two. I want you to write down what kind of art you saw, what you felt and what your favourite piece was. we're meeting again here in three hours, you can go in groups or alone, just be back in time. you can go now, I want you to have fun. again, only section one and two!"
because of Seokjins lack of friends in this class he decided to go around alone. plugging in his headphones once again he started walking around. looking at some pictures of abstract art from Picasso and Kadinsky he moved around the hall, there were only pictures like these on the white walls, not exactly hitting his taste. he started writing down some stuff about it in his phone notes anyways.
he soon entered section two, where the only pieces of art he could find were sculptures from ancient greece from hundreds of years ago. the tall bodys formed out of cold, white stone harmonized with the plain grey walls. Jin was fascinated, and looked around a bit, also writing information down this time.
just as he passed the hallway that connected section two to section three to go back to the foyer, he noticed something slightly pink. since he was curious, he turned around once again, but since nobody was behind him he walked towards the light colour.
going around the corner, Jin wasn't faced with what he thought he would see.
acrylic pictures were hung up on the walls, only soft colours harmonizing with each other all around the room. the tall male was mesmerized by the art, even though he already knew most of them. but the smal splash of pink was gone.
forgetting that he was supposed to go back he just stood in front of his very favourite picture. he had always liked it, when he was a small child he even had his room painted in the colours. it also was the picture that made him love art so much. he could spend days only watching the oh so familiar picture.
water lilies by Cloude Monet.
Jin got lost in the details, forgetting everything around him. time stood still as he admired it. so he didn't even notice when someone walked in. he got pulled out of his thoughts when he heard a voice behind him.
"hey, uhm, what are you still doing here?"
