Bent not broken

Shay went to her music class the next day but as she thought about Kaname and Zero a song came to mind. She remembered her first love and how it didn't work out the way it should have. She thought it was just a romantic relationship but it turned out her cheated on her before they even became official. She did like him and cared deeply for him but after that her emotions went overboard and she couldn't think straight so she started writing a song.

I thought the feelings was mutual,
But you lied to me, you left me empty inside,

But I'm bent not broken,
No matter how much you spoken,

You tried to mess up my life,
Push me back into the darkness of my nightmares,
Now I know you're not the one for me,
You shouldn't have kissed me and let me go,

I never lied to you, I'm empty but full of life

I'm still standing living my life,

Shay stood up from her chair she was strumming her guitar in and everyone even the teacher clapped. She bowed and went to her seat unaware two Vampires were listening to her song. She closed her eyes trying to keep others thoughts out of her head.

Sometime later she was looking at the night sky under a tree when she heard a familiar voice speak:

(Kaname) " Shay you shouldn't be out here so late"

(Shay) " Sorry I love the night sky the stars are so pretty besides I know what you are now and you want me to keep it a secret but there's no need to threaten me..you already know my secret so it's justified"

(Kaname) " Right.. you're a mind reader.."

(Shay) " Sweet dreams Kaname..oh one more thing.. be careful with your choices ..some of them will hurt you in the future"
