Gajeel's P.O.V
Skye came back but noticed how tired Kinarra was. She looked at me with an eyebrow raised and I sighed.
"She couldn't sleep. I tried everything from reading to her to having Mira sing a damn lullaby but she won't go the hell to bed."
She nodded in understandment and picked her up. She pet her head a few time while humming softly to her and within seconds Kinarra was asleep. Skye walked her over to the infirmary and let her rest in one of the beds. Once she covered her she led me to an empty room.
"Thank you so much." she said while turning to me "I had to go check something out back in her hometown and I didn't want to bring back bad memories by bringing her or even bringing it up. So thanks for covering for me as well as watching her while I was gone."
"Yeah," I said shyly since she was hugging me and her boobs were pressed into my stomach
Since I was just a couple inches short of being a foot taller than her, I had to look down to see her. I began to get a bit flustered when I noticed how much of her chest I could see.
