Gem (Part 3)

A/N ~ Hey guys! So, I can't write fight scenes or battle scenes. I just don't know how to write them and make sense out of it. So up above is basically an example of your fighting style. Ok anyways, let's get on with the story!

"Do you wanna spar with me?"

"I don't know many moves"

"If you can fight crime then I am sure you can spar me, come on Pete, pweeeeaaase", I begged

"Ok, ok fine"

We walk to the mat and get into a fighting stance.

"Just so you know my fighting style is just a little different from everyone else's"

"How so?"

"You'll see", I winked then lunged at Peter.

~ Peter's POV ~

I was panting laying on the ground. I was really impressed how y/n could fight like that. I mean it wasn't anything that I have literally never seen. I've never seen anyone fight so elegantly. I would've thought she would've fought with her whip as usual but today she went with a staff.

"Well that was fun", I hear y/n say looking down on me.

"Fun? I got my ass handed to me how is that fun?", I say

"Cause I easily beat you"

"Yeah ok, whatever", I say as she lends me a hand up.

I was looking for y/n, now why am I looking for y/n? Well, 1) I'm bored 2) it's fun hanging out with her. She's so funny, smart, and adorable. Wait what?

~ Y/n's POV ~

I decided to get out of the tower for once in my life. I missed this. Being out in the open. I don't know why I stopped going out.

I decided to go to my old hangout spots.

Ok, obviously I was around way before the Avengers were even formed. So I went to a lot of places when I left my friends in Beach City. I visited them a few times. And Steven has given me updates every now and again. 

I decided to go near Midtown High to see what the kids around here do. As I went closer to the school there was surprisingly quite a few students at the school. Which was weird cause from what I gathered on teenagers nowadays? They don't like school, if anything from what I heard from Peter, he doesn't like it that much. He's always complaining about this Flash Thompson kid. 

I keep walking and end up near an alleyway. I hear something come from the end of it and I decided 'I have to check it out, what if it's something bad?'

As I get closer I see something moves. I'm on guard now. I walk towards the end of it and see... A raccoon? Ughhh, I am too paranoid. I go up to an old rooftop that I used to always hang out at back in the days when I was just b/s. 

I was there for awhile until I heard a very familiar voice.

"Hey"

I turn around and see that it's Spiderman. 

"Oh hey, fancy meeting you here"

"What are you doing here?"

"Just looking over the city, and going through some old memories"

He comes closer to me and sits down next to me and takes off his mask.

"Hey what about your identity?"

"It's okay, it's just you and me"

I blushed. I actually felt like it was just the two of us out here. Well, it kinda was but whatever.

I lay my head on his shoulder. This is weird. I've never felt these feelings in sooo long. For the longest time, I haven't felt strong human emotions. Hell, I am still trying to get used to some of this earths technology. I just met Peter and he's making me feel... Human.

"Hey Peter, Can I tell you something?"

"You can tell me anything"

"Ok but please don't look at me any different"

"Ok ok"

"Ok well, Peter I have been around on earth for a long time and for the amount of time that I've been here on earth, I've never felt so, so, so human. I know we basically just met but that's how you made me feel for the short time that I've been here"

"Really? Well uh-wow I-I-I didn't know that you uh, um, just wow-"

I giggled at how flustered he was. 

"Well Pete I should be heading back to the tower, I guess I'll see ya around"

Before I got up I made a bold decision and kissed his cheek and jumped from rooftop to rooftop. Leaving cute little Parker all flustered.

A/N ~ Sorry if this is too short and sucks. I wasn't sure what else to write for this or how to end it so I guess I just rushed it maybe? Also, I REACHED 1k READS!!! THAT'S AMAZING! Ok, ok I have to chill. But anyways I hope you guys liked this mini-ish series. I already started working on the next one and I'm liking it so far. Anyways I will see all of you later. :)
