In the car, I called Corky on the car phone and he answered

Wassup miss lady.

"I need a new name if we going to be friends. I was calling because you never texted back and I wanted to get started".

You haven't checked your Venmo?

"No, I haven't I wanted to look at the place I already got some idea's I just want to put them in prospective".

I'll text you Benji address and I can take you. I hope you can have this done soon I don't want to be at this nigga crib with him and Suzie nasty asses.

"Send it so I can be on my way".

He sent the text and it was 25 minutes away from my daddy's house It seemed so much longer earlier. Once I pulled up I sent him a text that I was outside. I went around and got in the passenger seat.

"Why you just insist on me driving" he asked?

"I'm tired I just came from my father's house cooking his Sunday dinner".

He left it at that and put his address in the GPS.

I scrolled on my phone until we made it to his house. It was bigger than I expected for a 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom. It basically had the same my daddy had the pool in the back, security gate and I'm pretty sure it has a nice finished basement only difference my daddy had 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.

So, where do you want to start?

"Well, I want to start with your room so I can see the layout and know what bed set to order".

The layout was similar but the house had its own significance. When we went into the room I noticed It had a balcony that looked out to the backyard. It had soaring ceilings so I thought a king size bed with a quilted headboard.

"What color do you want this room" I asked?

I'm a manly man so black maybe put a little color with it so that it won't seem too insane.

"I think throwing grey in would go good with what I'm thinking. I can do the bathroom to match since it is your bathroom it should coordinate".

I'm all for it

"Okay, I see you have a fire place in this room I want to put a TV right above it. What size TV do you want?

I want a 65' in here, an 80' in the Living room, and the man cave I'm about to show you and the other two rooms 50'.

"OK, I got that. I will find a nice little couch and pillows for this little section right here and what do your closet look like" I asked?

It's a normal walk-in closet. 

I stepped in and wanted to throw everything out.

"I can have the shelves built for your clothes and get a shadow box island put right here in the middle for jewelry and other stuff of valuable. Only way you can get in is by finger print and its shatter proof. A Safe will be built in as well. I had the same built for my father" I said.

 He looked at me like I was crazy.

You said you can get all this done by Friday?

"For the right price, I can have it done by tomorrow but I'm trying to be reasonable".

He continued to show me around and from the sight I already knew what I wanted did that he would love.

"Now, that we done what's my  budget"I asked as we walked to my truck.
