"Mom?" You ask, scared that she would react badly that your supposed soulmate is a girl.
She looks over at you in happiness. "Oh, honey! That's amazing!" She gets in her knees and grips your shoulders. Her eyes glimmer with excitement, "Tell me everything!"
"Well..," you said. You start explaining everything and your mom starts walking home with you, squeezing your hand ocasionaly. As soon as you were finished, you two got home.
"She was definitely your soulmate, honey." She looks into your eyes, kisses you on the forehead, and starts walking to her bedroom. "I'll leave you to think about this."
You walked into your bedroom and layed on your bed, squeezing your pillow. You sigh and stared at the ceiling, thinking about everything.
'Was she actually my soulmate?'
'Will I ever see her again?'
'Who was the guy with her?'
'Did she feel it too?'
'Why didn't she speak?'
Those thoughts raced through your head before you fell asleep.
