We have come back for another checkup." They said. "Follow us." 'Actually I will escape now.' I thought to myself. 'I'm not going through another checkup.' "Step in the room." He demanded. I look behind me to only see him. 'There is nobody except him.' I thought. ' Now is my chance.' I turn around and grabbed his arm and twisted it backwards then grabbed his gun and hit him in the back of his neck to knock him out. Then I ran down the hall to the security office to turn off the power. I got to the door and used my enhanced hearing to hear if there was anyone there. There are 2 people. I ran in with the gun and pointed it at one person and slapped the other one with my wings. I walked up to the guy I was pointing the gun at and knocked him out too. Then I went to the panel and luckily there was a big red button that said Shut down. (Convenient right) I pushed the button and it turns pitch black until a flashing red light starts turning on and off *BEEP BEEP BEEP* "SHIT!" I whisper yell to myself. "It was an alarm!" I ran out of the room and start running down the hallway to the exit. I ran to the exit to be met by 4 guards pointing guns at me. "GO BACK TO YOUR CECTER!" The guard yelled over the beeping. I got my gun out and pointed it at one and shot it. He fell to the ground motionless. The other guards started to shoot at me, they kept missing me until they shot me in the arm. "AAAUUUHHH!" I yelled in pain. I ran at them and they grabbed their stun batons and tried to stun me. I grabbed the stun baton and took it and ran to the guard that was in front of me and stunned him. Then I took the stun baton and stunned the guy that was behind me. I turned and ran straight to the door and outside then flapped my wings and took off far away from this place. As they say when 1 day closes another one opens... A door closed today and many more opened.. A new life to take head on.. A start for a better future... A life where no one is controlling me. A life of my own. _______________________________
