Kryoz - csgo out with me? 2

Johns Pov

I had just gotten out of a rainbow 6 recording session with the boys and decided to get on csgo and record a bit so i could make a commentary video.I started up my recording and loaded up the game, clicking matchmaking and joining a random game. The warm up round started and i began my intro. I looked over the usernames and saw the typical 12 year old boys usernames, except one. The game started and *username* already seemed better than the rest. They were carrying the team most rounds and i was impressed to say the least.

There were only a few rounds left in the game and i decided that i would try and befriend this person.

"hey y/u/n, you're really good at this game :)" i typed in chat

"uhh thanks, ur really good too" they typed back

"wanna play some more after this?" i said hesitantly

"yeah, sure :)" they typed

i sent them a friend request before the game ended and they accepted it. I invited them to keep playing they accepted yet again. I was still recording as i was in need of content for my commentary video. We started up the match and got paired with some more random people. 2 minutes into the game and there was already people screaming in the game voice chat.

i sighed and muted them all.

y/u/n was just killed causing us to lose the match. luckily, we were winning by 3 and just had one round left, ensuring we would win. we had been playing for a solid 2 hours and it was getting late. i typed to them saying i wouldn't be playing another game and they said they weren't either.

The round ended and we won. I closed down the game, having ended my recording a long time ago. I got up from my computer and grabbed my phone. I ordered some food off of uber eats and decided to go on a short walk around the neighbor hood while i waited for it to arrive. I slid on some shoes and headed out the door, my phone and vape in my hand.

I started down the pavement and took a hit of my vape.

'This y/u/n person was really good at CS:GO' i though, blowing out the smoke 'i wonder what the boys would think of them?'

I hit my vape again and continued down the pavement.

I had walked around the block one full time before my food arrived. After eating i started editing and going through footage, collecting clips for videos. I planned to get a siege video up the next day and an then a polybridge one up the day after. PAX was in a month and i was trying to stockpile footage and get out many videos edited as i could. So far i was ahead of the game and had 2 videos already edited for my trip.

After editing for well over 6 hours i had almost finished my siege video and was heading to bed. I laid down and was knocked minutes after my head touched the pillow.

it had been a few days and i had found myself playing cs with y/u/n a lot more. They were funny and we made a good team. I was finishing up a video for today when i saw i had a notification on my twitter tab and clicked over to it. It was a follow from y/u/n. I smiled to myself and grabbed my phone, opening twitter. I clicked on their handle and followed them so i could message them.

"I see you found my twitter and i'm assuming my youtube as well, y/u/n"

"as a matter of fact i did, kryoz, but i can assure you it was by complete accident. Well at least youtube was"

"oooohhh, do tell"

"it was a recommended video, specifically the cs:go with me in it"
