ENCOUNTER OF A LIFETIME (REVISED VERSION)

~WHAT THE HELL JUST HAPPENED~

Part 3

The sound of an alarm ⏰ clock woke you up that shows 7:45 am 🕢 . Today marks the 2nd day of the convention. So you got up, took a shower 🚿 , brushed your teeth and got ready. You decided to wear a casual dress (you put on a nice looking sweater, some skinny black jeans and fixed your hair with a high bun). You grab your bag 🎒 , pull out a small notebook 📒 . That small notebook has your to-do-list 📋 . You started to read it one by one and decided to get breakfast 🍳 to kick-start your day.

As you make your way to the breakfast lounge, you were greeted by people walking by, saying things like "Good morning!" "How are you?" and "Enjoy the rest of your day" etc. Everyone of them were so nice and polite. Once you reach the breakfast lounge area, you noticed that they have a big buffet area with their very own signature dishes like sushi 🍣 , gyoza, hot steam buns 🍙 🍘 and many more. You couldn't decide on what to eat because there's so many to choose from. As you were about to grab a plate you suddenly bump into a guy 👤 who's wearing a navy blue sweater, a good pair of sunglasses 🕶 , with a black beanie covering his head (refer to picture 👇 ). You quickly apologized because you almost made him spill the food he had on his hand.

He said "Phew, that was close. You better be careful there sweetie." You replied, "I'm so sorry i was having a hard time choosing what to eat because all the food here looks so delicious." He then said "If i were you i'll go over that side" (while pointing on the right side corner of the buffet area). He then continued talking "I usually start my day with some oats topped with fresh blueberries together with almond milk which could be the case if you're vegan like me but if not, you may start by grabbing those steam buns 🍙🍘 over that side with heavy meat and eat it like a madman" (he said with a big smirk 😏 on his face). You suddenly paused and remembered something when he said the word "VEGAN" (inside your head you know one person who's vegan which is none other than Jared Leto, so could it be him you have spoken to just a moment ago). You then turned around to check if it's him and suddenly you saw him already sitting on a corner. As you hold and carry the food tray 🍱 on your hand you thought if you should approach him or not and said to yourself "Oh, screw it." while walking towards to his table.

You: Hey, you were suddenly gone. Anyways, do you mind if i sit here and join you?

Jared: Yeah, yeah, yeah sure go ahead (he then looked at the food tray 🍱 you settled on the table) Nice choice.

You: Thank you (you got yourself a bowl of cinnamon toast cereal with some fruits on the side and a bottle of sparkling water). By the way, i would like to formally introduce myself. My name is Amanda (while offering your hand).
Jared: Hi Amanda (he removed his sunglasses 🕶 , and grab your hand for a handshake) My name is Jared, Jared Leto. Nice to meet you.

<^You suddenly got lost the moment he laid eyes 👀 on you.^>

You: It's nice to meet you as well (you looked dazzled 😮 ).
Jared: Are you okay? You looked like you've seen a ghost 👻 .
You: (you quickly blink your eyes and awkwardly covered your face 🙈 ) I'm sorry, it's just that your eyes is so captivating.
Jared: Hey, hey, hey don't be shy. It's okay. You are beautiful too (he then caress you on the shoulder).

When he said that, it made you blushed 😶 even more (thoughts ran through your head, the man of your dreams, the man you've been wanting to meet is sitting in front of you having breakfast 🍳 , comforting you not to be shy and even said you are beautiful, the one and only.

Jared: So Amanda, would you like to tell me something about yourself like where are you from? How old are you?
You: I'm from New Jersey, 22 yrs old and i'm currently working on a special project here in Japan as a Research Analyst.
Jared: That sounds great and interesting. Anyway, do i have to elaborate myself to you? 'Cause it seems that you already done some research about me, don't you?
You: Uhm, excuse me? (is he flirting or what!?) Well, uhhhh... aside for a fact that your name is Jared Leto, the Oscar-Award winning Actor/ front man, lead vocalist of the band 30 seconds to mars/ director/ producer/ entrepreneur/ composer/ philanthropist/ playboy etc...
Jared: I must say i'm impress. You've done your part as a Research Analyst very well.
You: Well i'm just doing my job. Oh by the way, i hope i'm not bothering you or whatsoever.
Jared: No, no. Don't worry. Actually your timing is perfect because i have nothing to do today, i might just go out for walk and see this amazing city.

Time passed the both of you, you sneak a glance at your wristwatch ⌚ and saw that it's already 9:15 am 🕘 . A meeting is set to happen in 15 minutes (you almost forgot about the 2nd day of the convention).

You: Hey, Jared i didn't mean to interrupt our conversation but i have this meeting and unfortunately it's time for me to go (you suddenly hated yourself for saying that because you didn't want to leave him by himself because the two of you was starting to get along very well. You silently wished that the meeting could have been on a different day so you can spend the rest of the day with him).

Jared: Do you really have to leave now? (his face then frowned 😔 ). If that's the case, you can go ahead and maybe we'll see each other after your meeting (he stood up moved closer to you, stretched out his arms to give you a hug).

You: Yes sure, later then (while leaning on his shoulders as he was hugging you).

Jared: You know where to find me (he silently whispered to your ear 👂 ).

You: Good-bye 👋 Jared (as you grab all your things and wave at him).

Jared: (he waved back his hand and give you a wink 😉 ).

As you walk away you thought to yourself "What the hell just happened? What did he mean by saying "I know where to find him?".
