I laid, staring up at the ceiling of the tour bus bed loft. I held the sheet of the bed close to my body to keep it covered. Jungkook stared up at the same ceiling with me, not breathing a word of what just happened. I was praying that Chrystal and the rest hadn't come back yet. I wasn't ready for any consequences. I got up as quickly as I could, got dressed as quickly as I could and ran out the door without saying one word or giving him one look. I was completely ashamed of what we had done. I knew this would come back to bite me eventually. For now however, I was more than willing to keep it a secret. ____________________________________

And Gem took Laura's place on the team. Kevin, Carly, Laura and I all went to high school together along with Gem. We were all on the cheer squad, with the exception of Gem. I honestly miss having Laura in our little clique.
"Maya! Oh my goodness we missed you!" Carly runs over from the car and hugs me.
"I missed you guys too!" I smile.
"Yeah LA is kinda boring without you. I mean Gem, your great too." Kev turns and looks at Gem who's looking less than impressed.
"I love you too Kev." Gem rolls her eyes before Kevin brings her in for a hug.
"Hey guys you're up." Jo calls to us. We head on stage and start stretching. Our personal choreographer, Leon, joins us.
"Okay ladies and gentlemen." Leon clasps his hands together.
"And boy, Danny doesn't have the maturity of a man." Gem winks at Danny.
"Rude, Gem, just rude. Maya, how do you put up with her crap?" Danny chuckles.
"I don't, I have a plan to hold a pillow over her face." I sigh as I stretch my calves.
"Focus, guys, focus. We are going to run it again. Maya, your my star dancer, let's make it happen." Leon nods. Leon starts the music and we begin to dance. I danced at the front of the group as the leader. I honestly love doing this more than YouTube, but I will never forget where I got my start as MayaR101, but now I'm Maya, the leader of the #1 dance team of not only Star Dance Co. but also world champions. After my last tour years ago, my team competed at worlds with Laura as co-leader, we placed in the top five. No one could stop us from growing. ____________________________________
I pretty much avoided Chrystal, Laura, and Jungkook for the rest of the tour. The last night however, I heard a knock on my trailer door. I was in my pajamas but decided to answer the door anyways. When I open the door, I see Laura who's also I her pajamas.
"Hey...May I come in?" She asks hopefully.
"Yeah. Come in." I open the door wider and stand aside. I close it after she enters.
"Maya, I just wanted to say...I was really hoping over this tour we were going to reconnect and become best friends again but, I feel like you've been avoiding me...and I don't blame you after seeing how close you and Gem are. I realize now that you're better off without me with your friend group and the dance team. So I guess I just wanted to say goodbye. If you're ever in Korea, come find me." Laura smiles, a broken hearted one. Her eyes look ever the more glassy with tears. Without skipping a beat, I burst into tears.
"I'm so sorry Laura....it's not your fault I've been avoiding you...I did something so stupid!" I sob. Laura puts her arm around me.
"Oh no, Maya, what happened?" Laura asks, deeply concerned. I wipe away tears and sniffle.
"I'm one of the worst people...I did something unforgivable. You would never look at me the same again." I shake my head.
"Maya, I would never judge or hate you...never." Laura consoles.
"...Could you promise me, you wouldn't tell anyone?" I ask in a soft voice.
"Of course." Laura nods.
"I um...I slept with someone last month." I start.
"....who did you sleep with?" Laura raises an eyebrow, I can tell she already knows the answer.
"Jungkook." I whisper.
"Oh no...." Laura sighs.
"I didn't mean for it to happen...it just did." I hang my head in shame.
"Maya...he's supposed to get married in two months." Laura shakes her head.
"You don't think I know that? You don't think I know I did the worst and most cliche thing in the world?!" I cry.
"So, What are you going to do?" Laura asks gently.
"Are you going to tell Chrystal?" I return.
"No, that's not my place." Laura replies.
"Then I'm going to do nothing. It's not my place either. It's completely up to Jungkook." I shrug.
"That's fair." Laura nods.
"Go ahead, ask me the question..." I look away.
"That's be a stupid question to ask when I already know the answer...of course you're still in love with him...you guys are freaking Maya Rhode and Jeon Jungkook. You were both truly made for each other." Laura laughs lightly.
"I thought you said you think we aren't meant for each other, back when you and I met for coffee." I cross my arms.
"Oh of course I don't believe that! I just said that because I was hoping it would give you a reason to move on. I love you too much to let you ruin your love life pining after him." Laura brushes it off.
"Well...now what?" I ask.
"You tell me Maya, what's next?" Laura asks.
"Well, I'm thinking it might be a good idea to just let them be happy together." I sigh.
