in which taehyung and hoseok are in love with each other for years before doing anything about it.

The two had always had a connection. Something about Hoseok just drew Taehyung to him, and vice versa. They were touchy and energetic and simply had a lot in common. But they were just friends. Not that they wanted to be.

For Taehyung, it was love at first sight. The older boy made his heart flutter. He just wanted to be near him. The fact that Hoseok was his first kiss made his crush even stronger.

That kiss was what made Hoseok fall for Taehyung. He felt the sparks, and his feelings scared him. Later that night, in their room, he asked Taehyung how he felt.

"Magical," Taehyung whispered, in that soft, deep voice of his. Hoseok shivered, but stayed silent. Simply put, he was afraid of what he felt.

As the years went on, the tension grew. The pair constantly flirted and touched, but a relationship never grew. That is, until Seokjin found out.

"Why am I always the last to know?" He yelled at Namjoon. "You all knew they crushed on each other, they even knew but no one told me?"

Yoongi spoke up. "Hyung, we thought you knew. It's pretty obvious."

Seokjin just shook his head. They could hear Hoseok and Taehyung laughing in the next room. "So, how do we get them together?"

The group hatched a plan of truth or dare, but it didn't work, as Hoseok and Taehyung left the dorms for an adventure.

It was Taehyung's idea, to sneak out, go to the forest, and take pictures. He wanted to get more.pictures of Hoseok to fawn over in his room alone.

Hoseok willing posed, smiling at how cute Taehyung looked directing him. After a roll of film was filled with quality pictures, the duo decided to explore.

"Tae, come look at this bridge!" The thin footbridge led to a small cave. Taehyung rushed to Hoseok's side, and let out an appreciative gasp. "Good find, hyung, let's go!"

Taehyung grabbed Hoseok's hand with a blush, leading the way bravely across the slim footbridge. When he slipped, Hoseok's free hand rested on his back to steady him. A few drops of rain began to hit their backs, causing them to rush into the cave.

They sat close, hands still entertwined and Hoseok's palm against Taehyung's back. All that they could see was the shine of each other's eyes and the flush of their cheeks.

Hoseok was the first to break the silence. "Wanna play truth or dare while we wait out the rain?"

Taehyung smiled. "You can go first, hyung."

"Alright, truth or dare?"

"Dare."

Hoseok thought for a moment. "Lick the cave wall."

Taehyung made a face, but agreed. "Truth or dare?"

"Truth."

"Do you have a crush?"

"Yes."

Taehyung looked intrigued. "Who?"

Hoseok chuckled nervously. "Gotta wait until the next round. Truth or dare, Tae."

"Hmm, dare."

"Spin around ten times then try to do the Dope dance."

Hoseok made an impressed face as Taehyung did it well. "Truth or dareeeee!" Taehyung said with aegyo.

Hoseok flushed. "Dare."

Taehyung frowned, then smiled as an idea hit him. "Kiss me, hyung," he said as he stuck his lips out.

Hoseok flushed, then smirked. He kissed Taehyung softly and sensually. The boy was panting when Hoseok pulled away.

"The truth is," Hoseok whispered against Taehyung's soft lips, "it's you."
