~Igokochi Apartments~
"Well, this is it. Make yourself cozy." Kiyoteru smiled as he opened the front door to his enormous apartment.
Lily stared in awe of how much more fancy his apartment was compared to hers. The carpets were cleaner and fresher, almost as if the apartment had just been built. There was a giant leather sofa in the living room, as well as a flat screen TV.
"So...Lily, is it okay if I ask you some questions about your daughter?" Kiyoteru asked politely.
"Y-Yes, of course." Lily stuttered.
"Okay, then, I'm going to start with the basics. What does Yuki look like?"
"Um, well, she has black hair, it's kinda short...it's normally held in two low pigtails, and the last thing I remember her wearing was her red school dress. She also has dark brown eyes if that helps." Lily explained hesitantly.
"Ah, I see...and how old is she?"
"7, almost 8."
"Mhm...and when did you last see her?" Kiyoteru asked, intrigued by this mysterious case.
"Well, me and Yuki were on the subway and were going home, but I remember she let go of my hand to run down the platform and back. I wasn't really that worried because she always does that, she's always full of energy. But when it was time to get on the subway train, she wasn't coming when I was calling her. I looked everywhere, and even after the train had left I still couldn't find her. I ran out and asked person I saw if they had seen her. That's...pretty much all I know." Lily explained, becoming more teary-eyed at the mention of her daughter.
"Oh...that's horrible." Kiyoteru whispered as he wrote the story down on his notepad.
"I know! I shouldn't have ever have let her go! I-I'm a horrible mother!" Lily broke down crying, much to Kiyoteru's dismay.
"Now, now, Lily, it'll be alright. I'll find your daughter for you." Kiyoteru patted Lily's shoulder, soothing her.
"T-Thank you, y-you're very kind." Lily smiled.
"Now, if you'll excuse me, I have to go get some files from my bedroom. I'll be right back." Kiyoteru excused himself and got off the sofa.
Kiyoteru looked over the notepad, scanning the summary of Lily's whole story.
Kidnapping little girls...what bastard would do such a thing... Kiyoteru wondered angrily as he turned the doorknob to his room.
Inside, he looked upwards from his notes and his eyes widened as much as the 2 children in front of him.
2 teenagers, Kiyoteru would guess around 14, were standing paralysed with fear in front of his filing cabinet.
One of them was a feminine looking boy with white hair in a bob cut and a giant cowlick. He had mismatching eyes as well, one green one blue.
The one next to him was a red-faced girl with matching long red hair. She also has a big cowlick, like the boy. Her eyes were red like her hair and face.
Kiyoteru and the teenagers just stared at each other, neither wanting to say anything.
"...What are you two doing in my home?" Kiyoteru finally asked in an almost sarcastic tone. As if he didn't know what they were doing.
