I was waiting in my bestfriend bathroom on the toilet. August was at the studio, and kentrell has kyrie for the week but lately i've been feeling nauseous.
It's been five minutes, just like the test told me to wait but i was nervous to flip the test over.
"How would august react? Is he ready for this?" I think to myself.
I flip the test over and it's positive. My eyes fill with tears of joy.
"Bitch what is it?" My bestfriend says as she comes into the bathroom. "Awww you're going to have another baby!!" Duffey says making me let out even more tears. "When are you going to tell him?" She asks me. "Right after we go to the doctor to see how long I am. Come on let's go." I say and we get in the car to drive off to the doctor.
"Kaleah Hill?" A lady says calling me into the doctors room. I walk in followed by Duffey. "Hello i'm Dr. Johnson. And i'm assuming you're pregnant. Do you know how far along?" A light skinned lady asked me. She was very pretty with a proper tone. "No i'm not sure." I say. "Okay well i'm going to tell you in just a bit, but right now we're going to take an ultra sound." She says while instructing me to lift up my shirt. I do as told. "It's going to be very cold." She says while smiling. "Is this your first child?" She asks me while putting an object onto my stomach.
"No i have a one year old boy." I say while looking at the monitor.
"Aww, well it looks like you're 4 1/2 weeks." She says while I look at the screen. She points to the little seed on the screen. "That's your baby." She says while smiling. "I'll be right back i'm going to get your parental pill."
I look over at Duffey and see her smiling. "I hope it's another boy." I always dreamed about having all boys, but I wouldn't be mad if it was a girl.
Soon the doctor comes back with the pills and I make another appointment for my next check up. I drop Duffey off at home and head to the studio to see August.
I pulled up to the Stu & saw hella cars the which made me roll my eyes because I hated crowded places. I said wassup to his manager and agent and walked up to the room he was in.
He was in the booth recording a song that sounded hella good. It was a song about his brother. I think it's called Downtown. I sat down on the couch before he could see me but he eventually noticed me.
"Hey, what you doing here." He says followed with a kiss.
"I was hoping you would be alone because i have something to tell you but i'll just wait till you get home." I say putting my head down realizing that I have a little bump.
"Nah it's cool baby just tell me now." He says lifting my chin up with his hand. But soon after that, his whole crew came in gassing the hell out of us.
"Ohhhh shiiiit Aug I see you." Shaun says making everybody laugh. "He was finna get some coochie." Tray says which makes me make a face playfully.
"Yea, he was so can y'all go back to what y'all was doin'?" I say with a playful attitude.
"Damn, okay Mom. Chill on her." Shaun says while him & the rest of the crew leave.
"Sorry bout that, but what was you saying?" He asks me.
"I'm pregnant." I say blankly which makes everything awkward.
Me & August never really talked about having kids together. Not because we didn't want to, just because it never really came up so I don't know how he feels about this whole situation.
"Stop playin wit me. Ima be a daddy!?" He states excitedly jumping up. I guess he was happy.
"Yea. You're going to be a daddy." I say smiling and standing up. He gives me a long kiss on the lips.
"I love you." He says. He gets on his knees lifting my shirt up. "And I love you to." He say kissing my stomach which makes my heart melt to pieces. The tears start coming, I guess it's the pregnancy.
"Aww august." I say hugging him as he wipes my tears.
"Come on let's go home." He says & we do exactly that.
