(Marco's Pov)
Star and I stayed behind to buy some time for our parents to make it out safely but I don't know where our friends are at but hopefully they make it out alive
Star you have to go with them.. I said as the moster were already trying to nock down the door
No Marco I'm not leaving you behind we get out together or we don't get out at all.. Star said
Okay star. I said
We were just waiting for the doors to be broken down but I was starting to get worried not for my safety but for star
As the pounds kept getting harder and harder each time everything just went silent out of nowhere
Star do you think they stop.. I said as I turned to star
I don't know but be ready for anything. Star said and just as she said that the doors exploded causing star and I to fly back
Once the smoke was gone I could see their was a force field around star and I protecting us from the shards that came from the doors exploding and also crashing into the wall
Star you okay. I said
Yea I think so.. Star said
Okay.. I said and took down my force field
We looked towards the door and I could see Toffee just kick someone off his sword since they were impel by it
Well hello princess. Toffee said
Come on Toffee you don't have to do this you can just walk out of here and I will try to get justice for you. Star said
No star a broken heart isn't easily fix and besides moon had 15 years to ask for forgiveness but no not even a single word came from her so I won't give mercy just like your mother did. Toffee said
Toffee was out to kill and if I couldn't handle him I would be killed and not to mention star would probably be torture then finaly killed I took it upon me to get star out even if it cost my life so I grab star and started to run but me being a dumb ass I ended up leading us to the secound floor and to a dead end hall
Marco theirs no exit.. Star said as I notice she was starting to grow nervous
I didn't answer and quickly look for a exit or a hiding spot but I stop when my eyes landed on a widow at the end of the hall way and boom a idea came to me it would be painful to me but it will get star to safety
Star! I said and grab star then started to run straight at the window
Marco their is no exit.. Star kept saying
Yes their is! I yelled as I crash into the window with star being pull by me
Marco we are going to die! Star yelled as she cover her face
Oh no you are not! I said and hug her with me under her
Marco what are you doing! Star yelled
Saving you just like I promise. I said
Then couple secounds later we crashed into the floor I felt a sharp pain in my back and I just heard star yell in fear
When I open my eyes once again and we were not falling anymore my vision was all hasty and still I got to my feet and looked around just to see star laying down uncounsions
Dammit I didn't black out but she did. I said in my head
I quickly grab star and put her on my shoulder and took of running towards the woods
I continue to run to what seem for ever till I stop in the mouth of a cave
Star. I said softly trying to wake up star
Humm.. Star said in annoyance
Star come on wake up. I said a little louder then star just bolted up
Marco! She screamed
Yes? I said questionly
You okay? Star asked
Yes just took a bit of a hit and got up and brought us both to safety. I said
But Marco their is blooding coming for your forhead.. Star said as she brought her hand to my head and wipe the blood away
I'm fine just a little bumb.. I said

Everything quiet between us not a single word was said for minutes till star broke the ice
Marco do you think our parents made it out safe? Star said
I hope they did.. I said

I didn't say anything else and just got up and started to walk towards the mouth of the cave
Marco where you going? Star asked me
I'm going to get some fire wood and something to eat okay. I said
Okay but I can start a fire by myslef with magic remember. Star said
Star you took a big hit and plus you have to conserve your energy cause tommarow morning we are going to see if we can take back the castle with some help of our friends.. I said
But how do we know if they made it out alive. Star said
I don't know but we have to see if they did make it out or they were taken prisoners.. I said
I walked out the cave and started to collect some firewood and then when I had enough for a fire that would last at least the whole night
I walked back to the cave but this time I saw star fast asleep
I placed the firewood on the floor then I headed out side once again
I walk around trying to find some food or a deer atleast till I spotted one a decent size
That should do. I said in my head
I activated my ability and I drew my sword out and then concentrated and turned it in to a bow with one arrow
I amend at the deer and took a deep breath then I fired the arrow which was going with alot of force which just tresspased the heart of the deer
I saw how the deer just collapsed on the floor
Wow I didn't think it was going to go down that easy but aye better for me
I walked towards the deer and pulled him all the way to the cave once I got there I noticed star was still asleep so I prepare the deer for it to be able to get eaten by us
After 20 or so minutes I finally finished and now I just have to cook it and done dinner will be serve
(Time Skip)
I just finished doing dinner and I think the scent of the meat has waken up star since she just sat up as if she just came back from the dead
Star food is ready. I said
Yummy I'm hungry. Star said and rushed over to me
Okay this is yours and this is mine. I said handing star her food
Thank you.. She said and dug into it like if she hadn't eaten in days
Star slow down your going to end up shocking.. I said and I took a bite of my food
Nope I'm hungry.. Star responded and continue eating
I just chuckled and kept eating
When we finaly finished eating
Star and i layed down a few feet away from the fire and cuddle up and fell asleep too be ready for tommarow because its going to be tough to break through toffee defense and get to the dungeon and see if our friends are their
