Amayah's POV
I've been feeling soooo shitty these last couple of days. While Cody was at batting practice, I decided it would be a good idea to check in see if I was pregnant because obviously, Cody can't keep it in his pants and I can't keep him out of mine . I pee on the stick and wait for my five minute timer to ring. It rang and I walked in the bathroom, as I looked at the two lines that had just appeared in front of me I was sooo scared at what Cody would think.
30 Minutes Later......
I'm still sitting in awe that I'm pregnant, I don't even know how i'm gonna tell Cody and I don't know how he's gonna react I mean I'm 19 and he's 22 about to be 23 were tooo young. While I was still on the toilet Cody barged in the bathroom without knocking , the pregnancy test luckily landed in the trash can beside me where he couldn't see for now..
" hey babe, are you feeling any better? I think you should see a doctor anyways," he said
"im not really feeling better but no, I don't think I need to go to the doctor, think it'll pass " I said sort of lying but technically it'll go away.
when I lie I always scratch my forehead and Cody could always pick me apart after, thats why it was so hard to lie to him. He knows me too well..
"babe" he said
" yeah?" I said trying to walk out of the bathroom and away from the conversation that I didn't want to be having at the moment.
"are you lying to me ? you better not be lying to me" he said sternly, starting to pick me into pieces.
his intense stare caused me to stop walking.
"no"
"amayah"
"cody" I said testing him
"tell me whats wrong or i'm taking you to the doctor right now "
weighing my options I decided it would be better for me to go ahead and get this out of the way. i'm so fucking nervous
" you might need to sit down for this one baby boy" I sigh
" go ahead" he said taking a seat on our master bed
" well as you know I haven't been feeling this best, so I decided that I should just take a pregnancy test and it turned out...positive" I said kinda shaky.
"WHAT! HOW LONG HAVE YOU KNOW ABOUT THIS !? AND WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL ME THIS !" he screamed furiously
I've seen Cody mad, but this was a whole step up, he was fuming. Like, there was steam pretty much coming out of his ears.
" I JUST TOOK A TEST TODAY, AND I WAS JUST SCARED HOW YOU WERE GONNA REACT AND I WAS RIGHT!"
"BABE! I WOULDN'T HAVE BEEN MAD IF YOU WOULD HAVE TOLD ME THE TRUTH OR EVEN A HEADS UP ABOUT WHAT HAPPENED" he screamed louder
"STOP YELLING! I'm sorry that you feel under so much stress considering your the one carrying the baby, but you should stop because your the one who can't keep the little wee wee in your pants!" I clapped back
" your the one who can't keep their legs closed for me, and my dick is not small considering your moans the other nights so cut that shit out right now" he said walking out and slamming the door making the whole house quake.
yep! my lovely boyfriend just stormed out on me because he got me pregnant.. with his child, in his bed, in our house together. After the fight I decided to cook the baby and I some steak and green beans and watch Netflix until I dosed off
1am (5hrs later)
Cody's POV
I love that girl sooo much, but is this too soon? I don't know?? am I ready to bring a child into this world and mentor them to be a great person, I have no idea.
wait cody, what are you talking about you love this girl soooo much and you are ready to do this because one you have no choice and two this is what you want in the end anyways except its just a little faster than you expected, but hey everything happens for a reason.
I finally pulled into our apartment complex after going to Chris's house to let out some anger or was it confusion, I don't know but whatever it was worked.
I unlock the door and I see Amayah layer out on the couch and an episode of Grey's Anatomy still playing in the background. I walk over and pick her up bridal style and carry her upstairs to our master bedroom laying her down on her side of the bed. Once I lay her down I notice her stirring around in bed so I figured she was going to wake up
"hey babe, I just wanna say before you say anything, I'm really sorry for the way I acted it was really childish, you don't always have your legs open and I'm more than ready to have a baby with you. I been thinking about it for the past 5 hours or however long its been since the fight and you're everything I could ask for and I'm so happy to have you and the little on in my life" I said choking up just a little.
" aww cody, I know when you said all that shit that you said that you were just shocked and so was I but you've got to learn how to control you anger it won't be good for the baby" she said smiling at the end.
" I love you so much and I'd do anything to keep you and our baby happy" kissing her on her forehead and then on her lips
"I love you too" she said kissing me back
