Tris's POV:

I sit alone at the park, my pregnany starting to show a little bit.

Tobias hasn't sent Zack home and he probably isn't going to.

Eric is never gonna accept this baby. It's Eric's fault. I'm not saying that I don't want another baby. Just not his.

Crying into my hands someone says "Why is such a beautiful lady like you crying in the middle of the park?"

"I don't see how that's any of you're bussiness." I sniffle and wipe my eyes.

"Hey I'm just trying to help... I'm Brenden." He lifts my chin up so I'm facing him.

"Tris." I reply.

"What's wrong." Brenden asks.

"It's a long story..." I sigh

"I have time." Brenden smiles.

"Well... ok." I take a deep breath. "I'm married and some other guy is crazy for me. Well the guy, Eric... H-He raped me..." I sniffle. "I kept my husband away from me because of it. Yesterday I found out I was pregnant. When I told Tobias he rejected me, and is keeping my only son away from me. Eric, said that he didn't want anything to do with the baby. Now here I am alone..." I begin to tear up.

"Don't cry Tris. If you're husband doesn't want to be with you because you're pregnant due to a phsycopath, then his loss."

"You know what Brenden, you're right. Gimmie a sec."

I call tobias and he picks up...

Tobias: Hello?

Me: Yeah hey it's Tris

Tobias: How's everything going

Me: Oh like you care!

Tobias: I do care.

Me: Tobias I want a break as in instead of Fourtris we should be more Four Tris.

If you don't accept that what happend was an accident then you don't care about me so I'm done trying to please you Tobias Eaton!

*Dial Tone*

"It's done." I sigh at Brenden. "No more, I'm free to do what I want and no more cheaty Tobias."

"Good for you! It's kind of cold out here want to go back to my place for some hot chocolate?" Brenden asks.

"Sounds wonderful!" I smile and he intertwines our fingers as we walk to his car.
