Kasia's pov.
When we leave the restaurant Pat drives me to Mcdonald's.
"I know we literally just ate but I thought you would still be hungry" Pat says whilst scratching the back of his neck.
"You know me too well," I say whilst smiling.
We walk inside and the cashier asks for our orders, once we're done placing our orders we take a seat.
"So I know this is going to sound really weird, but you know how I showed you where JJ was on your first day back," he says
"Yes," I reply
"Well the reason I stormed off was because I thought JJ was your boyfriend"
I tried to keep a straight face, but I couldn't. I burst out laughing.
"Shut up," he says with a cute awkward laugh, "it's embarrassing."
"wait, why do you care if I have a boyfriend?" I ask.
"We'll because, I uhh, I like you," he says
"Aww Pat, I like you too." I say
"Wait really?!"
"Of course," I say with a chuckle
"Um Kasia, will you uh be my girlfriend?" he asks, "I know this isn't the most romantic place and I understand if you don't wa-"
I cut him off by placing a kiss on his lips.
"I would love to be your girlfriend."
