Spiderman knew he couldn't keep the baby cause he didn't have enough money to take care of it. His money from the Daily Bugle wasn't enough but Elsa kept his mind off of money. She was queen so she had endless riches. He decided to abort the baby but wanted it to look like an accident cause of religion and family. He told MJ that he wasn't fat and became pregnant with Elsa's baby. MJ got mad and pushed him down the stairs. The baby is now dead. Spiderman is happy.
