Where did you get the idea that you can't make a dragon OC if someone else made an OC of the same species.
As long as the species isn't forbidden, like Night Furies and such, you can make unlimited OCs of any species
Read the rules carefully before assuming something.
So go ahead and make that Stormcutter OC. When I'm able to comment again, I'll approve/disapprove all the forms on here.
Again, I'd like to say I'm sorry about this glitch, hopefully Wattpad gets it fixed soon -_-
