I opened a portal to Peter's location. When I got there, I realized I landed on some dark alley, Brooklyn maybe. It didn't seem like a friendly neighborhood. I looked all over the place, but Peter didn't seem to be there. Would i have been wrong in the spell?. Then I heard a weak voice calling my name and there he was. He had lost a lot of blood and was almost unconscious. This wasn't like the first time, he had been stabbed a little above the waist, probably the knife had hit a vital organ, and he was really close to pay a visit to the angels for indefinite time. I crouched next to him and took his suit of. I focused really hard, but this time it wasn't so easy, maybe because the wound was more serious, i didn't heal him that fast but eventually, I managed to close his wound, although it took me a while. I tried to get up but, because I had put all my strengths in that spell, i passed out and lost my senses. Next thing I knew, Peter was beside me calling my name repeatedly. I got up with his help:
-Where are we? How long was I out?- I asked still a little confused.
-You passed out after you fixed me and i brought you to the rooftop of the building next to that alley, i didn't want people to pass by and ask questions.
- Good call. So, I did it? Are you good?
- I'm great, thanks to you. You saved my life once again, one more minute and I would be gone!
- Glad I could help, but we really need to stop meeting each other like this!- We chuckled, this had almost become a tradition of us, which was strange at the very least.
- I totally agree... Damn, my suit! It's ripped and dirty again, Mr Stark is going to kill me!
- I'm sorry, but my magic doesn't fix super-suits yet- he laughed.
- I can't go home like this, i'm going to ask my friend Ned for a change of clothes, he lives nearby.
- Why can't you go home like this?
-First, i'm going to freeze to death, second, it would draw to much attention, I know my suit is red but it has a huge stain on it.
- Want me to keep you company while your friend gets here?
-Yeah, I would like that, thanks!- we sat on the edge of the building- so how are you? How's Doctor?
- He's good, I guess.
-How about you and John, are you still together?
-No, we broke up, today actually- then I told him what had happened to me in the last few hours. It still hurt like hell. My life had fallen apart in a matter of hours, and there was nothing I could do to save it- so yeah i'm not exactly in a happy place right now... how about you? How is your aunt?
- She is alright, and i'm sorry to hear about your situation, it must be awful to have your life turned upside down like that.
- Just the thought that I could have been normal... I could have had friends, a life... 2 years Peter, 2 years of my life I will never get back. I don't even know what am I supposed to do now!
- You can still have a normal life.
-Are you kidding? Peter, I'm a freak, I touch things and they resuscitate, I can open portals and make shields of light, does that look normal to you? On the outsider I might seem normal, but my hands don't say the same. You can stop being spider-man whenever you want, i can't stop being like this.
- You are not a freak, and so what if you are not normal?! You are one of the strongest, and most awesome superheroes i have met in my life! How many people can say they save lifes with their bare hands?
-I'm no hero, Peter.
-For the things you just described me, you seem like a hero to me.
-Well that's very thoughtful of you to say, but I don't know, I just think that my powers have hurt more people than they saved.
- Don't be like, that I'm sure that's not true. I know it's though but, honest opinion, if you want to get your life back together, you should start by forgiving Doc.
-What!? No way, not after what he did to me. He used me!
-Listen, maybe you don't like to admit it but, you still care about him and I'm sure he still cares about you, if you were just his way in, do you think he would mind about your problems? Why do you think he knew when your anniversary was? He watches over you because he cares.
- Okay maybe you are right- he was right, Doc was always there when i needed him, and when i didn't- but, what if was just a way of getting me to trust him?
- Casey, I don't know this Doctor Strange but, does he strikes to you like the kind of guy that minds what you think of him?- Good point, Doc said everything that comes to his mind, good or bad:
- I don't know, I'l think about it.
-Good... listen, I don't want to seem rude but my friend just said he will be here in a minute so probably it's time for you to go, no offense, is that if he saw you open a portal his jaw would drop so far on the ground it would make a whole in it. Plus he wouldn't shut up about it for a month.
- Yeah you're probably right, thanks Parker, for everything.
-You just saved me from certain death, let's call it even.
-I'l see you around.
-See you around Casey.
I opened a portal to the Sanctum. Doc was waiting for me ( no surprise there):
- It's late... did you solve your problema?
- I did.
-I know there is no point in this now but, I am truly sorry. What i'vie put you through is really unforgivable.
- You know what Doc? You're right, what you did was unforgivable. I'm not even mad about you using me to get your place as a Master Supreme, what I can't get over the fact is that you lied to me, and betrayed my trust to do so. You never cared for me at all, you knew I was better than you, you always knew. That's why you were so hard on me right? You just can't stand someone being better than you. You really haven't change at all! -I was beggining to to go upstairs to my room when he spoke:
-But I still trained you didn't I? I never gave up on you even when you were about to give up on yourself. When you were lost I helped you focus your anger on something productive. That should count for something, don't you think?- I didn't say a word and walked to my room.
I was ready to go to sleep when I heard a noise coming out from the room next to me. It was a scream. It was Damian's room.
