(I have this extremely weird head canon that all the villains in the manga, If in the modern world, would be in the Drama Club. I don't know why.)

"Why did I join the drama club?" Green muttered under his breath, painting backdrops. He turned his head to the stage, where a group of people were practicing while the president of the drama club flirted with some poor girl in the wrong place at the wrong time.

The male lead was standing on the stage in front of the female lead, and a cardboard box was between them.

The female lead was someone he didn't know. She must have been a year younger. She wore red Mary Jane shoes and a white top adorned with poppies. Her skin was dark and her hair was in corn rows.

Someone else walked on stage and Green dropped the paintbrush in his hand.

He was HOT.

He had dark violet locks and big blue eyes, dressed in all black, oh, Green never would have thought that he'd catch himself staring at a goth or a guy, but goddesses, how was no one else staring at him?

No wonder he was the lead, though. He was amazing at acting.

Green couldn't look away, and eventually they met each other's eyes.

And then he broke character and smiled at Green.

Green felt his face heat up and he went back to painting, glancing around the room, doing anything so that didn't happen again.

The president of the drama club eventually stopped flirting with the red haired girl who clearly wasn't interested, and she ran over to a girl with blue hair. And they kissed but Green didn't see that because he was painting.

After a while, someone tapped in his shoulder.

He turned around and locked eyes with the lead.

"Hi..." Green greeted, getting a better look at the handsome guy.

He was wearing eyeliner and mascara, and Green never thought he'd be attracted to a guy in makeup. He wore a tight white shirt and a black leather jacket over it. Green also noted that he had black jeans on that tightly framed his legs. His hair was a dark violet and he was pale, and he really looked like an emo, but he was so attractive, and he couldn't take his eyes off of him.

"So you're Green?"

He blushed. He knows my name!

"I'm Shadow. I joined the Drama Club a month ago."

"I joined two months ago," he said, staring at his lips. His teeth were a bright white.

"I haven't seen you until now," he said.

"Because I've been really sick for a while," Green said. "How do you know my name?"

"Well, everyone was talking about a cute, skinny, tall guy in an emerald hoodie that had been hit by a car and died."

He sighed. "I don't  know who started that rumor, but several people in homeroom burst into tears when they saw me."

Shadow laughed and moved some hair out of his eyes before seductively studying Green and taking a step forward. "Any chance you want to help me practice my lines, maybe later tonight?"

Green flushed. "But didn't Vio just invite you to his place for the same thing?"

Shadow shrugged. "I told him I had a date with my future boyfriend. ... Unless...you aren't interested?"

His face went red and he stared at someone behind Shadow, not really wanting to meet his eyes. "No, no...I'm uh..."

Shadow frowned and placed two fingers under Green's chin, turning his head so their eyes met.

"Jeez, you're really forward," the green youth blurted out.

"So, I've been told," Shadow nodded. "So...you want to come over to my place? At eight? Help me with... something, whatever I just said?"

"Yeah, I'd like that."
