As I followed the photographer into her studio I was overwhelmed with the large space she had to work with. She had numerous chairs and couches around the walls, cloth backdrops in one area, large windows in another, all sorts of studio lights and umbrellas. She really had a nice setup.

She led me to a corner where she had a small table and a few chairs. She invited me to sit in one of the chairs, and then asked if I wanted something to drink, water, tea, some wine.

"Mmm.. I guess a little wine wouldn't hurt," I said, thinking to myself maybe I could relax then.

"One second, I'll be right back." she replied while walking away, her ponytail swishing and bobbing with each step.

She returned with two wine glasses with a lovely rose colored wine inside.

"So tell me about yourself, why did you choose to do a boudoir shoot?"

"Goodness that could open a can of worms," I thought to myself.

"Well to begin with my husband and I have been married for little over 27 years. We have two kids. My husband works hard to provide for us and being a good father to our children. I wanted to do something special for him to hopefully continue to inspire him to keep up the good hard work he has been doing."

"That's fantastic!! Most women who come in for a shoot are doing it for a special someone."

"Then I guess it's not too out there then to do something like this," I said after taking a quick sip of my wine.

"Oh no.. you're not alone in this regard. Although each shoot is different for each woman. Some of the shoots I've done wouldn't even be considered risque. They usually are just a lot of thigh and cleavage type shots, some of them would have less skin showing then at the beach. Then there are shoots where the woman just goes nuts. We put on some sexy sultry music, sometimes up beat rock or just soulful jazz type music and the pictures come out close to a porn shoot. Though most times I try to keep some artistic quality to the shoots, so it's not just a lot of stretched out spread eagle pussy shots, or asshole shots. I try to keep them tasteful and artistic."

"Wow then you must see it all. What types of women have you taken pictures of?" I reply then ask quizzically.

"What do you mean?" She replies while slightly cocking her head.

"I mean do you take pictures of mostly normal skinny women mostly? I know your web site says you handle plus size clients, but I've always felt I was bigger than plus sized." I said, as I looked at my feet.

"I've taken pictures of all kinds of body shapes. I think women who have curves like yours are the most fun to shoot, because you can look sexy in all sorts of poses. Honestly women who feel like you do, often end up taking the most revealing shots, because they gain confidence as they go. Then they're willing to push the envelope some. I've taken some glamourous, beautiful, breathtaking shots of voluptuous bosoms, rears, the whole woman." She replied while smiling at me, a genuine caring smile, "You have nothing to worry about. Here let me show you some samples from my plus size ladies. The photos I'm going to show, the ladies know I've added to my portfolio so don't think yours will end up here in this collection if you don't want them to."

She got up and grabbed a large album from her shelf and set it down on a small table between us. She opened it and allowed me to page through it at my leisure.

"So tell me about your husband. What kind of work does he do, does he have hobbies. Is there anything that appeals to him? Naughty school girl, librarian, handy woman, etc?" She asks.

"My husband works in an office. He's been under a lot of pressure lately, so I've been trying to cheer him up." I say cautiously, debating how much I should tell her.
