I can beat something else, you know.
(Omg guys, this was not meant to be sexual- please don't take it that way)Snape led the two boys through the halls of the school. Draco and Harry following closely behind. The professor dressed in black had been walking rather fast.
"That was absolutely unacceptable! You're lucky you were able to fly, otherwise you'd be in big trouble," Snape stopped abruptly, causing Draco to stumble a bit, Harry had reflexes, "both of you." Snape frowned, glaring at Draco. That was a rare sight. Snape frowned at Harry too but that was way more normal. Snape turned back and kept walking. Malfoy gulped.
Soon, the two found themselves in front of a Divination class. Snape didn't bother to knock, and Harry could see why. The students were busy chatting away and the teacher couldnt care less.
"May I borrow Flint?"
The teacher nodded lazily and out came a rather confused Slytherin boy.
"Follow me, you three." ordered Snape, in a deep voice.
Flint looked curious at the duo.
Snape had led them to an empty classroom aside from peeves, who wasn't bothering anybody, just writing foul words on the blackboard.
"Potter, Malfoy, this is Marcus Flint. The captain of the Slytherin quidditch team."
Draco's pale grayish blue eyes lit up at those words. Harry bit his lower lip.
"Flint, this is Harry Potter," Marcus grinned devilshly, "and Draco Malfoy."
"Oh, I know." he smirked, but soon he looked perplexed yet again, "Still, why did you call me out of class? Surely not for this."
"Its come to my attention that there's two open spots for the house team, I believe I found you a Seeker." Snape gestured toward Harry, his upper lip curling as if he was trying to restrain himself from being rude. "And a beater." He gestured to Malfoy.
Marcus Flint raised an eyebrow in shock, "You're serious???"
Snape nodded.
"But they're barely first years!"
"Trust me..." Snape began, "They're naturals. Potter caught a Remembrall in a fifty foot dive. Didn't even scratch himself. Strange boy." He said, with a bit of detest, it pained him to admit that. "And Malfoy, well, he had about ten rocks thrown at him at once and managed to send them all flying with nothing but his shoe."
Malfoy grinned, loving the attention. Harry was just glad he wasn't in trouble.
Marcus, unlike Snape, paid more attention to Harry. Examining him from head to toe, "You've got the perfect build for a seeker, light and quick." He nodded.
Flint looked up at Snape and nodded excitedly, "Perfect! Crushing the other houses will come easy with these two!" He grinned, "They've got to be the youngest players in about a century! Say, Harry, ever seen a game of quidditch?"
Harry shook his head no, "But I know how to play and how things work.."
"I'll speak with Dumbledore about....bending the rules," sighed Snape.
Later that evening Draco laughed happily, "We made it! I can't believe it!!" He exclaimed, "Wait till my father hears about this!!!" He squealed, bouncing happily on his bed.
"Shush, it's supposed to be a secret so we can come out with a boom, remember?" Harry grinned.
Draco laughed, "Right. Sorry, I'm just so excited right now, Harry!"
