The Adventure of a Lifetime (One Direction Fan Fiction)

Hello! Ollie and I have both decided to write some fan fiction for the boys so here goes nothing. Chapter 1

RING!!!! the alarm clock went off.

It was 3 a.m. and I had a flight to catch at 5:15!

I was going to London to visit family and to go to the Olympics! I really don't like planes and this was going to be a long flight.

"Bye mom, love you!" I said as I yawned. "Tell dad I love him too!" This was too early to be up, I needed something to wake me up pronto.

As I arrived at LAX I started to worry, I had a feeling that I had forgotten something and I was anxious to find out who I would be sitting by as I was alone.

"Flying alone I see," said the security guard as he checked my bag. "Yes sir, first time and I'm a but nervous." I said as he handed me my bag.

"Oh, don't worry, I'm sure you'll have a better time than expected." Boy was he right.

I went to find my gate and realized that I hadn't gotten anything to drink yet so I headed to one of the many Starbuck's in the HUGE airport.

When I got there I had to wait while some guy was trying to figure out what he wanted to order. As I waited, I noticed that he was quite attractive. He also looked oddly familiar.

As I tried to place him, he finally decided what he wanted and ordered a latte. When he got his drink he turned abrubtly towards me and accidentally spilt his boiling hot coffee all over me.

"Ahhh!" I yelled out. The coffee was scorching and I wanted to cry. "Oh my gosh, I'm so sorry about that love!" he said to me.

"It's fine" I replied, clearly not telling the truth.

"I'm so, so sorry. I wasn't paying attention. How can I make this up to you?"

"I promise it's fine, don't worry about it." I told him.

Clearly not convinced, he said. "Are you sure babe?"

"Yes, I'm sure. Thank you though." I replied as I looked into his gorgeous green eyes. As I took a closer look I noticed that he did indeed look very familiar. Then it hit me.

He was one of those five boys that every young girl in the world was obsessed with. He was all over my TV screen, in magazines, and all over the computer. He was Harry Styles.

I admit, their song is pretty catchy but I'm really not into pop music. I really didn't understand why everyone was obsessed with them until I saw him.

He was one of the most beautiful guys I had ever laid eyes on and he was British. Something about him made you want him, it's like he draws you in with one flash of his perfect smile with his cute dimples and his beautiful eyes.

"Well if you change your mind or need anything, I'll be over there." he said pointing to the gate that I was also in which meant "one thing" we were on the same flight.

"Okay." I replied, getting excited about this sudden change of luck.

I went back to take a seat after I got my cappucino and there they were. All 5 of them. They were all very attractive and I obviously wasn't the only one that thought so.

They were surrounded by security guards, screaming girls, and flashing cameras were going off every second.

I wondered why they weren't flying on a private plane since they're celebrities and everything, but I didn't question it. I was happy that I would have another chance to see him.

Time went by and the screaming died down as it got closer to boarding time. Finally Zone 1 was called.

I had gotten a first class ticket because I was alone and I had a problem with claustrophobia. My parents had figured that the extra space and less noise would be better for me.

As I went up to the desk to board I realized that the boys had already gone on the plane and then it hit me. I would also be in first class with them, which meant more time for me to talk to Harry. I didn't know a lot about him but I wanted to.

"There you go sweetie, have a nice flight." the lady said to me as I retrieved my boarding pass from her hand.

"Thank you." I replied.

I boarded the plane and immediately saw them.

The dark haired one, Zayn, I do believe, was already asleep, I don't know how.

The blond, Niall, was already asking for food as he put his bag in the carry on compartment.

Liam, I think, was already sitting down buckled up and ready for departure.

Louis and Harry were teasing each other until I boarded the plane and interrupted their fun.

He was looking directly at me as he noticed that I was the girl that he had ran into earlier. There was an empty seat next to him and my heart started racing.

I looked at my boarding pass and noticed my seat was "1D".

I went ahead and put my carry on in the overhead compartment while Niall held it open for me and then looked to find my seat.

To my relief, I got the seat I wanted. I, Allie James, was beside the Harry Styles.

End of Chapter 1! I hope you liked it. I realize it's short but I'm still trying to decide what I want to do with the story! Until school starts back I'll keep adding regularly, after that I'll pick a specific day to write. If you have any suggestions or opinions on how I should change it then comment!
