*Liam's pov

" Thanks for going to lunch with me Isabella ."

" Your welcome !" she said

" Well I would love to see you again "

she just giggled , " oh ok i understand" i said

"Liam , what are you talking about ?? , " she just stood there with a confused look ," Oh its cause i giggled ...I was just wondering why someone like you ,who can have anyone they want ,would want me ?"

wow now I felt dumb ," Because your not like the other girls ,you like me for me not for Liam Payne ." I said

" Well in that case I would to go out with you again " she said

" Here is my number ...text me later ." winked and waved bye. Now to see whats up with Niall and Lou.

* Nialls pov

" Lou ?"

"Hmm?'he said sleepily

"Are you falling asleep on me ??"

"Hmm ...no !" he answered in a joking matter

"Yes you are!!! Lou wake up ,were fixing to tell the boys .."

" about you being sick ?"

"yeah and about us ....unless your not ready then I understand ,I just want them to know before ...I die "I said almost in tears .

" look at me !!! " he picked up my chin and made it where we were looking straight in to each others eyes ," I'm ready to tell the world I"m with you , Niall don't think I don't want to be with you ,because I love being you ,I love you .." he said and then kissed me . He probably thought i didn't want to kiss him cause I just sat there ,it wasnt that it was because he told me that he loved me .I broke the kiss and pulled away .

" No Louis don't say that .."

" but its true !"

" Louis I'm going to be gone in a couple months and your going to be here ,alone ...so don't fall in love with me I just want to save you the heartbreak , I cant let you fall in love and then just leave ,that's not right and I cant help it .."

" I know Niall ,that's why i want to love you while your still here ...Niall what are we talking about !?!?! Babe your going to find a kidney ,and you'll be able to love me forever !!" he said with a wink .

" That's what I love about you !! you can make me happy when I'm my saddest ,and Lou .. I Love you too ,I don't think i'll be able to make myself stop either ! "and this time i kissed him ,and he kissed back !! Right when the kiss was getting deep Liam came in .

" Hey boys !!! ...oh sorry i didn't see anything !!!" ha ha that's what he gets for walking in on us . Me and Lou give each other high fives .

"Oh sorry Liam ." and i turn to Louis and wink.

" No its fine , I should have knocked.."

Louis looked at me and nodded ,its time to tell the boys ," Ok Liam ,where are the other two ?"Louis asked .

" Umm their in the waiting room ,I met them up here ...why ? "

"Just go get them ." Louis told Liam and Liam nodded and did what he was told .When they all got in there they all had a confused look on there face .Gosh this going to be hard !

I look to Lou and he knew I couldn't tell them that I'm dying . "ok boys we have to tell you something ." Louis said .

" No Lou I need to tell them ...its me who is sick not you ."I said and he just nodded and gave me the spot light .

" Boys ...I'm dying .." I said

"Your what ??" Liam asked

" I'm dying ...I busted my right kidney in the crash and the left one isn't in such good shape so it wont last me long .." I said almost in tears.

" How do you have ??" Zayn asked

" They aren't sure anymore ...they said atleast a year or two .."

" What if you get a kidney ?" Harry asked

" That will give five to seven years more ,if I make it through the surgery ."

I looked at Lou and smiled and whispered 'You tell them ' and he said " On a brighter note , I think I found the love of my life ..their beautiful in everyway and one of the most sweetest ,kindest ,and caring person you'll ever meet ...and I won't be able to live without him .." and the whole time he was talking he was looking me ,and I was probably red as a tomato.

" Dude Niall is dying and you telling us about some you love !!" Harry yelled .

Liam and Zayn just laughed cause they understood what Louis was implying which made Harry more angry .

" This isnt funny Niall is dying !!!" Harry said

" Harry chill mate ...the person I was talking about was Niall ." Louis said and walked over to me and put his arm around me .

" Oh ...so y'all knew ?" Harry asked Liam and Zayn .

" I did ,Zayn just caught on ..." Liam said laughing

The other three boys were talking about how dumb Harry was ,while me and Louis were sitting on my bed talking " so did you really mean what you said ?" I asked

" Of course I did , I would have said more but words can't describe what you mean to me ." he said looking right in my eyes , and that was the moment I knew I loved Louis William Tomlinson .
