There was a girl
A girl who wanted friends not followers
She was the girl who had that heart warming smile and those sparkly eyes
She was the girl who always wanted to be amongst the stars up in the black night sky.
She was the girl who had the strongest ambitions.
She was the girl who wanted nothing but love.

She was also the girl who got everything but love.

There was a girl
A girl who was surrounded by shadows.
There was a girl who had that hollow smile and those plain black eyes.
She was the girl who didn't care anymore.
She was the girl who hated the word love.
She was the girl who loved the colour red.
She was the girl who wanted to be amongst the stars in the sky.

And that's where she went....
