5 days (a jalex fic)

Jacks/Alex's pov

Jacks POV:

"Jack?" someone asked.it couldn't be my mom because she went home,and this was a mans voice.It couldn't be one of the guys because they went home for the night.

"I'm doctor Harmon.Im the doctor for your friend Alexander."he explained.i looked up at him.

"Is he okay?" I asked and he nodded.

"Yes he's okay.He is asleep from the surgery he had.You can see him now if you like." he told me and I stood up.

"I show you where he is." he told me and turned around and started walking so I followed.

"How do you know alexander?"Dr.harmon asked trying to make small talk.

"We went to school together then we started a band together and now he's my boyfriend." I told him.He just smiled and we walked the rest of the way in silence.

He stopped in front of a door and opened it.He gestured for me to walk In So I did.

When I walked in I almost wanted to cry.

I saw Alex laying on the bed with bandages all along his arm and he had wires hooked up to his arms.

"When is he going to wake up?" I asked.

"He should wake up soon." Dr.harmon told me.

"Can I stay here with him?" I asked

"Of course."

"Thanks you doctor." I told him he just nodded.

He walked out of the room and I walked over to Alex.

Alex's POV

Beep beep beep beep

'Ugh what is that noise?.Why can't I open my eyes?where am I?'

I kept thinking to myself all these questions then I heard a familiar voice.

"When is he going to wake up?" I heard him say.Jack.wake up from what?.i think I'm awake already.

"He should wake up soon." someone else told jack.Wait who is that?

"Can I stay in here with him?"jack asked.

"Of course." the other voice said.

"Thank you doctor." jack said.Wait doctor?Fuck!Im in the hospital!

I remembered driving and then I heard this loud noise then I blacked out.

I heard the door open and close and then I heard footsteps walking toward me.

"Hey Lexi." Jack said "I'm sorry that you're in here.Its all my fault." he said.His voice was low and quiet.

I wanted to open my eyes and tell him it wasn't his fault.I wanted to wake up and kiss him over and over again and tell him I love him!

I tried opening my eyes but I couldn't.

"I'm sorry Alex.I didn't mean to snap and yell at you.I really am sorry." he said quietly. "this is all my fault."

"N-no." I stuttered.i tried opening my eyes and this time I did get them open,but I was blinded my the light.

"You're awake!" jack yelled and I smiled.

"I-it's n-n-not y-y-your f-fault." I tried to tell him but my throat hurt like hell.

"Yes it is.I yelled at you and you drove off and this happened.Im sorry!"he said and a tear rolled down his cheek.

"No." I told him."here!" I said and opened my arms for him to hug me.i dropped my right arm because as soon as I lifted it it sent a shooting pain from my arm to my neck.

He hugged me.We had to be careful of all the wires that were hooked up to me.

"I love you."He told me.

"I l-love y-y-ou." I told him.it still hurt to talk.

"Do you want some water?" he asked and I nodded.he reached to the bedside table and grabbed a bottle.

He opened it up for me and handed it to me.I took a drink.

"You know I love you right?" jack asked and I nodded.

"Can I kiss you?" he asked and I smiled and nodded my head and smiled.

He leaned and I met him halfway and we kissed.

"Awwww!" I heard so I pulled back.

I looked over and standing in the door way was two nurses.One looked like me and jack were the cutest things she has ever seen.the other looked disgusted.

"Aren't the just so cute?" One of them said.

"No they are disgusting just like you."The other one said.

"Oh sorry.I forgot that my wife isn't here but you are."The other one said.

She stretched out the sorry.

'Oh so she's a lesbian.'i thought to myself.

"Anyway now that you're up I'm going to go get the doctor." The one who isn't homophobic said.

Both of them walked out and took another drink on water.

Soon the nurse and a man came in.

"Hello.Im dr.harmon." the man explained

I just waved with my left hand.

"So Alexander you were in a car accident earlier.Do you remember that?" he asked and I nodded.

"You had to have surgery on your arm because glass got into it when you were hit.Luckily you were driving south and the vehicle. the hit you was driving east so you don't have major problems." Doctor harmon explained.

"Does anything hurt?" He asked.

I nodded and pointed to my right arm,My neck and my throat.

"Your arm and neck hurt because there was glass in them and we had to give you surgery to remove it and your throat hurts because of where the glass was.Anything else?" he asked and I shook my head

"You should keep from talking for a little while."Dr.harmon said and I nodded.

"I have to go but jack can stay the night here." He explained and walked out of the room.

The nurse walked over and checked The machines I was hooked up to.

"Sorry about the other nurse earlier. I don't usually work with anyone else but my wife." she explained and I nodded because my throat still hurt.

"I'll be back in the morning. Goodbye guys." she said and waved before walking out.

"I'm sleepy."jack said and laid his head in the crook of my neck.

"Love you." I Said

"I love you too."He said

Slowly we both fell asleep.

Yay Alex is okay!!

I felt horrible doing that to him but I needed to have something dramatic happen.
