Hey! So, just a warning... this might be a bit depressing, sad, deathly, gorey-ish, bloody-ish, violent-ish, and very very fluffy... for reasons you will find out soon enough. And by ish, I mean not at all... well, blood is most likely involved, but the others aren't really. Welp... That's all. Bye fwiens!

Today is the day that we get to go back to my village. It has been three days since I agreed to become a kunoichi and Sensei said that it was time to see all that had been done during the raid. Thankfully, most of the team got to come with me. Lloyd, Alex and Sensei being the only ones to stay behind at the Bounty. Oh, I do hope that we find a lead as to where my family went! Once we find them, I want to invite them to stay on the Bounty with us until my time of being a kunoichi is over. And I want them to meet my friends so badly, especially Zane since we all thought that I was the only android ever! I know they'd love the team, and the team would love them.
My mother is an amazing business woman and mother. She started working from home when they built me, and a few years before she had my little sister, she taught me everything she knew. Everything! And then she taught me how to do my make up for the first time, that's when I knew that I wanted to be a cosmetologist. She would always tell me to follow my dreams if they went with what my heart was telling me. I don't think she ever imagined that it would mean she had to go to three different graduations for the same child in one week!
Then you have my dad. A paramedic for our small little village. He's the one who helped me realize that I wanted to be a doctor. He saved so many lives in our village, and help so many enter. I don't know how many births I helped him with. He taught me what to do because I was the only one in our village that could trek the blackout storms. I delivered so many babies because of that. And it made me so happy to see the new parents or the older siblings hold their baby brothers or sisters for the first time. Both my parents influenced me so much, it makes me miss them more thinking about where I would be if they hadn't been so caring to me.

(Flashback... fifteen months ago...)
I was sitting in the living room with my mother since I promised my father and brother not to leave her alone while they were gone for the weekend. I wouldn't have left her anyway, she's at the point in her pregnancy that she could safely have this baby at any moment. We're waiting for them with hot chocolate, coffee, and my special fudge brownies on the kitchen counter. There was a huge storm coming in, another blackout, and both my mother and I were praying that they would walk through the door sooner rather than later or not at all.
"Elisia, dear, would you put a movie in please? Something that will take our minds off the incoming storm." My mother asked me. Knowing what she meant, I put The Princess Bride in and got the tub of ice cream as well as two spoons. As soon as I press play on the DVD player, we open the ice cream and start eating. "So, have you thought of any names for your little sister yet?"
"I was thing of Faith or Janice. Or maybe even Rose, Sydney, Mavis, Anna, Belle, or Emilia. I love all those names, it's hard to choose just one!" She laughs at my predicament in a knowing kind of way.
"I was the exact same way when we were naming you. I had so many names picked out, It wasn't until your brother suggested Elsie that I finally had your name. I-" Her eyes went wide and her smile grew as well, but it soon vanished as a look of pain took it's place. I knew all too well what was happening. Thankfully, my brother and father walked in the door as I was getting everything ready. It had already gotten darker since the last time I looked out the window, letting me know that my father and I were going to have to do this. Thankfully I had everything I needed for a cast for my brother's hand because with my father and I delivering the baby, he was the only one who would be able to hold her hand during the painful process of labor.
It took eight hours of labor before I heard the cries of my baby sister. During that time, my father had let me be in control of everything till my mother started pushing. He told me that even though he wanted to be the first person to hold her, I should be the one helping my mother through this painful time. But I didn't realize what true happiness was until I heard her cries. Elizabeth Rose Jones, my little sister! The second I held her I knew that I had to protect her. She was so precious, so beautiful. This is when I learned what family really was...

I miss them. Mom, Dad, my brother, and Lizzy. I hope we find them soon. We've been looking around the village for forty-five minutes, and all we found was Widow Lake peacefully resting forever. She must have passed before the raid, she was too peaceful. Kai and Cole found something, so Zane and I are heading over there now. It doesn't take very long, but I don't want to miss anything on the way.
"What is it?" Zane asks as he sees Kai with a grim face. All he does is turn around and lead us to the alley by the bakery. When I look, I see Becky, one of the orphans I was helping evacuate, lying there, lifeless. She was so young, only just turning four. But now she's with her parents. She was also one of the babies I delivered during blackout storms. I can't even handle the sight, so all I can do is bury my head into Zane's chest, crying like there's no tomorrow. She's not the only lost one Kai and Cole found. They also found the newly wedded Mr. and Mrs. Gracyn, Tony Baker our principal, and... Dr. Raffi. Not only my boss for three years, but also my professor.
We looked all over the village except for the area that Jay and Nya said they would take. Where my home used to be. In fact, we're heading over there right now to see what they've found. I lead the rest of the team the fastest way to my house, where I see Jay and Nya looking solemnly down the alley or at us. I quicken my pace, look down the alley, only to see my worst fear.
They're gone.
My parents are gone.
