Plot: jax gave up his powers for Emma, Emma finds out and fights the council.

It was a normal day at Iridium high, well as normal as you can't get. Iridium was not a normal high school. Iridium high was the home of two witches, a wizard, and a kanay Maddie and Emma, Jax and Diego all have magical powers. Emma was the chosen one and Maddie had lost her powers when the two had fought the principle last year (but that's a story for another time). The new school year held a ton of new surprises. A new wizard, new powers, new problems, a (sorta) new witch. What Maddie didn't know was that her mother had her powers, and has now began liking Diego (who she calls Proxy). But all of this is a story for another time. This is a story about Jax and Emma.

Jax, Emma and Andi were walking down the Hallway of Iridium. It was the start to a Thursday and the witch and wizard were not looking forward to today. Andi on the other hand was excited but still didn't really like Jax because he cheated. The only reason the two where not looking forward to today was because it was a fool moon (not a full moon) the fool moon made witches and wizards act a little crazy. Emma had a hard time keeping a filter between her thoughts and her spells, where as Jax was a little more soft hearted. The witches council had given Emma a choice...break up with Daniel (a human) or give up her powers forever. She didn't want to give up her powers, but didn't want to break up with Daniel either! Jax watched as Emma tried to work through her problem and felt bad. Secretly Jax would do anything for Emma because he liked her. He wanted her to give up Daniel so that they could be together. The three somewhat friends walked down the hallway silently until Andi broke the silence. "Emma, I know that you like Daniel but you can't give up your powers!" Jack who actually agreed with Andi continued to walk. "Andi you know I can't just break up with Daniel!" Emma exclaimed, shocked about what her beat friend just suggested! "Well you have to give up one! What would you do Jax?" Andi had put Jax on the spot. "Huh? Oh well umm..I actually don't want to be in the middle so yeah not answering that" Jax knew that if he was in Emma's position he would give up the human to keep his powers. "Look Andi I'm not giving up my powers and I am not giving up Daniel, and that's final!" Emma had finally decided she had, had enough of Andi. Andi upset decided to get one more say "look Emma it's one or the other, you have to decided. Just think about what makes you fell closer to your mom? Daniel or your powers?" after this Andi walked off leaving Emma frozen. Jax kept looking between where Emma stood and where Andi had stood. "I can't believe she just said that." Jax still as confused as ever he decided to ask Emma what Andi had meant "Emma what did-" before he could finish his question Emma had flashed out of where they stood. Jax had no clue where she had gone. He still didn't see why Emma liked Daniel enough to even be thinking about giving up her powers.

Jax knew that the council liked making deals, so he only hoped that they would like this one. Jack walked to the one place where he thought the entrance was to the one place he didn't want to go the Witches Council. The only reason he really didn't want to go was because oh that one time they almost took his powers. 'Its now or never' thought Jax, he looked around to make sure no one was around. "I need a way in, tho I shouldn't go.. So open the passageway and don't take no" the lockers began to shake and a hole appeared Jax walked between the lockers. When Jax could finally see after the blinding white light, there in front of him sat the witches council, the three people that could now decide his fate and Emma's. Jax came face to face with Agamemnon, Desdemona, and Lily. Lily was still in training but was able to help/have a say. "Jax Novoa! You come to the council after we almost took your powers once! Why are you here?" boomed Agamemnon's voice. "I am here to try and make a deal with you" Jax replied a little hesitant not that he was afraid but couldn't believe what he was about to do. Jax continued "I know you told Emma that she either has to give up her powers, or dump the human Daniel...the deal I want to make with you is...you take my powers allowing Emma to keep hers and allow her to continue dating Daniel." The council then asked why he would give up his powers just so Emma could keep hers and date a human. "I ask you this because I have seen that Emma is stubborn but she makes the right choices when it come to magic and she likes Daniel enough to have such a huge problem with giving one up. Now do we have a deal?" Jax was afraid of the councils answer as the three higher figures gathered around to discuss. "We have decided to ......accept your deal. You, Jax Novoa has agreed to give up his powers so that Emma Alonso can keep her powers and keep dating a human. Do you accept these conditions?" Lily asked. Jax looked between the three people on the council and finally spoke after a few moments of silence "yes I accept." Lily then spoke before the other members could speak "since you have agreed to do this and no one has asked you to, we will allow you to keep all of your memories." Jack was grateful. Then in a blink of an eye black smoke surrounded Jax and before he could open his eyes he was in the pool of Iridium High. 'Why do peoples transportation spells end up in the pool or in water?!' Jack thought.
