The most uncomfortable part of this is probably the chains, the clasps holding the chains to my wrists, yeah, that's it. Maybe even that the food is shit, well honestly they don't feed us, I haven't eaten in almost a week, but I can deal with that. The room is mildly cold, but not cold enough to turn me into an icecube, I really appreciate that.
I was a lucky soul that didn't get stuck with a talkative cellmate. No, not this time, no this time I got with one of those that never talks and basically looks at the floor all the time, by now I am feeling lonely, I'm glad he isn't talkative, but I wish he'd say something.
When I escape I'm thinking of bringing him with me, but I don't know his potential. I know, I'll take him with me and if he's useless I'll ship him back. Wrap 'em up nice and pretty throw a bowtie on top and send him back. I might even add a gift card.
I laugh to myself outloud on accident, cutting off the loud noise and exchanging it for a grin.
It's dark outside probably around twelve at night, but I don't sleep very much.
Hanging with this silent guy in a cell is pretty fun, I guess. When I get bored of this I'll probably go... hmm... I dunno, I'll ask Jaramy what I should do. He should know. Though he didn't want to go to prison with me, it's a little bit lonelyer without Jaramy, I wonder what he's doing right now. He'll probably tell me when I get back.
God this is boring.
"Hey!" I yell hoping one of the guards is around and willing to talk to me. Lucky enough a tall muscular man clomps down the hall and stands in the light right outside my cell. "I'm bored."
"Shut up." The man says with a gruff voice.
"Why don't you come in here and make me," I grin. "I dare you."
The guard, glares at me as if he's going to do it. I can see in his eyes that he wants to come in here and give me the beating of my life, but he doesn't. Though he did it once already, but I think he was holding back. I was hoping he would try harder this time. "Fine if you won't play, get someone else. Someone that's a little less... predictable, come on!" He walks away, "COME BACK!" I scream at him, the guy in front of me groans and starts to move, "Would you shut the hell up?" This is the first time I've heard him talk, his voice sounds like he's maybe eighteen, nineteen... around my age. But I can sometimes never tell with voices. I've met so many people with voices that don't match their face, age, talent.
"Well, you can talk." I say sounding a little more suprised than I'd hoped.
"Yeah, and I'm telling you to shut the fuck up." He looks up, scowling.
"Ooh, for someone who never talks you have a nasty language."
"Is this some kind of game for you, you'll probably die here. No not probably, you will die here."
"Na." I say waving my hand, "I'm fine, you on the other hand probably are going to die here. No never mind," I remember what I told mself about taking him with me. "No, were leaving in about ten minutes. Not that I want to leave this misry, but this place is more boring than I thought it would be, the guards care too much about their prisoners. So..." I stand up as high as I can from the chains holding me down, I hear the guy sitting down, "did you just say 'were'?" But I ignore him, "Guard! Guard! Help. Help me!"
Falling down on my knees I scream for a guard again and bowing my head. I hear running steps, the shaddow of the tall muscular guard I see on the floor. The raddle of keys in the lock and squeaking of the door. The stupid sympathetic guard places his hand on my sholder, "that's the problem with you soft hearted people." I swipe one leg out, knocking the guards feet out from under him, he falls into me, I pull myself up using the chains and wrap my legs around his neck tightning around his throught. The tough guy tries, he pulls at my legs, but is running out of energy by the second. I feel his body go limp, untangling my legs from him, I slip my shoe off and grab the keys hooked to his belt with my toes, lifting the key ring in the air and tossing them to my hands. I almost don't catch them. Takes me a few more seconds to unlock the clasps, but I finally get them both undone. Standing I put my shoe back on.
"That wasn't ten minutes, I hear the guy still sitting say.
"I don't do time." I tell him as I am unlocking his bindings.
"What do we do?" He asks standing up.
"Shut up, keep up, and don't get lost." I don't add anymore, leaving th cell and taking the ring of keys with me just in case I need them. I lead the guy down past several cells, turning a corner and going through some doors at the end of the hall into the dining hall for the guards. Sadly no one is there. The prison mapping isn't too complex, so it's easy to navigate and remember things, though this isn't my first time escaping a prison. But most of the other prisons I have excapted where way more complex and the guards put way more effort into keeping there prisoners and were fun to play with.
This prison doesn't have very many prisoners and I can see why, they've probably all excapted and the government is begining not to trust this prison with the prisoners. Exeption for the half-wit domb-asses that still sit in their cells right now.
We are now almost to the main desk that the guards would check in at. A man is sitting in a chair with a book on his lap even though he's supposed to be watching the security cameras. I duck down below the desk and walk around. There are large rectangle doorways probably metal detectors, frankly me and my jail buddy have no metal on us. We crouch through without any noise, looking back the man at the desk is still reading. I stand and so does my follower, running out a set of double doors we find ourselves out into into courtyard. I take no notice to anything around me, questioning more of where all the other guards are. But hey, I'm not exactly complaining. I drop the keys as we run across the courtyeard and pass another gaurd, that is not behind a desk, but he's inside a box. He's the guy that lifts the pole to allow cars in. We duck under the pole and are now officially free.
"That's was... boring." I scratch my head looking back at the building. "Remind me never to come back here again."
"Done." The guy says. "Thanks for helping me out. I would have gotten out myself, but I can't navigate that good."
I roll my eyes, sure that was why.
I walk down the road following back into a small town, the guy turns the other way off toward nowhere as far as the eye can see. "Where are you going. I didn't help you so you could just leave and do your own thing, your with me now.... you owe me your life."
He looks at me in astonishment. I answer his unasked question, "I helped you excape the place that you would 'die' in. Admit it if I had not of helped you, you wouldn't be here."
"Whatever." He waves his hand in the air turning around and continuing to walk away from me. "Get your ass back here." I reach out and grab the collar of his white shirt. "Your coming with me." I drag him down the road the oposite he wants to go.
"Your mine now."
