While Darky talks to Kimchi about evolution, Gem runs to grab a pair of scissors.
Gem: "The only thing good about Shazi is that she does have such pretty ribbons." snip snip
As Gem sneaks behind Shazi, Shazi jolts backward.
Shazi: "Gem? Why do you have those?"
