On day, at school Miss Theresa asked the class who could read a book in front of the class. All the students wanted to read except for Sadie. After class Miss Theresa asked Sadie why she did not want to read in front of the class?
"Sadie, why don't you want to read in front of the class"? asked Miss Theresa
"Well I don't think I would be good"!
"Do you know what you need"? asked Miss Theresa
"No Miss, I don't know what I need"? said Sadie
"You need to build your confidence"! Replied Miss Theresa
"How do I do that" asked Sadie
"Well Sadie, you will start by reading in front of me, then you will proceed to read in front of 3 people, then 6, then 10, then the class!" Said Miss Theresa.
"Ok" said Sadie
After a week or so Sadie was capable of reading in front of her class! After a month she was capable of reading in front of the school!
"Thank you Miss Theresa for all your help" said Sadie gratefully.
"That's what I'm here for" said Miss Theresa
