The project (chapt 5)

At school
"Good morning class, do you know what today is?" The teachers says while all the students  groan

"It's time for the projects, and yes you can pick partners"
I really don't know anyone in this class, well except from jungkook and I do not wanna be partners with him

"Hey! I'm Mingyu and I was wondering if you could be my partner" I looked up to a handsome boy

"Oh, um su-". "No she is already my partner I hear jungkook say

"Oh sorry maybe next time" he says a little disappointed. "What are you doing, I wanted him to be my partner not you" I yelled at him
"Well to bad I'm already your partner"

I rolled my eyes walking back to my desk
"Why are you so mean to me?" Jungkook says taking the seat next to me. "What do you mean?"
"Idk your just mean to me all the time"
"Oh sorry, I'm usually not really a mean person. It's just that your so annoying" I say turning my head towards the window

"That, that's what I mean. I never done anything to you, well not yet" he says smirking at the last sentence. I gave him a quick glare and scoffed as I turned my attention back to the window

"How about this. Let's make a deal"
Jungkook says
"What kind of deal?" I say turning my attention towards him now
"You have to stop being mean to me, and we have to be friends until the end of the year"
"And what do I get out of this" I say raising and eyebrow. He thinks for a moment until he thought of something

"I'll stop annoying you"
"Deal!" I said quickly

"So class that's it for today, if you didn't finish a lot it's okay, but if I were you I would go to my partners house and work more. Enjoy the rest of your day"
The teacher says before we go off to lunch. To think about it I'm actually starting to like this bet

Me and jungkook talked about ourselves while we worked on our project together.

"So whose house are we going to?" Jungkook asked while leaning on my locker
"Mines I guess, I don't feel comfortable going to yours" I say smirking, trying to make him mad
"Why not?"
"Idk you might try something weird" I say as we were walking together towards the cafeteria
"Well, that plans out of the window" he says
"What?! Really?" I say shocked
"No I'm just kidding." He says laughing
I just rolled my eyes playfully trying to walk faster away from him, but he caught up

As we walked to the table together laughing and talking we get greeted by the others
"Woah, y/n and jungkook now?" Hoseok says looking at us surprised
"NO!" We both yell at the same time
"We are just friends, nothing else" I say sitting down as he sits beside me. I see tae and jisoo looking at each other suspiciously

"Y/n and kookie sitting in the tree, k-I-s-s-I-n". "STOP!" We both y'all at the same time earning a laugh from jisoo and tae

Later At y/n House
*Ding*
The doorbell rings. "Y/n~ Jungkooks here" jisoo says in a teasing voice
I ran downstairs greeted by jungkook and also a smiling jisoo

"Come on" I say to him walking up the stairs
I close my door so we wouldn't get disturbed

"So, where is your mom!" He asked scanning through my room
"At work, why?"
"Oh nothing, I'm just surprised she let a boy come over and go in your room, wait does she even know"
"Yes she know and we aren't going to be doing anything, other than studying"

I got up to go to my closet to get my backpack. I turned around to jungkook smiling at me
"Jesus, you scared me. Why are you so close"
"No reason" he shrugged

As I was working and jungkook playing around going through things, someone knocked on my door
"Come in!" I yelled
"Hey guys!" Jisoo and tae standing there suspiciously
"What do you want" Jungkook says
"Nothing" they say closing the door

"Hey! Is this you" Jungkook says laughing pointing at my picture from 7th grade
"Hey! Stop looking at my old pics. It's embarrassing" I say as my cheeks starting burning

"Wait, you had braces?"
"Yes. Now let's finish working"
"But why? I'm bored and besides the teacher says we don't have to finish today" he says.

Well I guess we could stop working, I was getting tired anyways
"Ok fine, so what do you want to do" I asked
"Let's just talk"

A few minutes passed as we were still talking

"So your telling me you aren't ticklish?" I say looking at him surprisingly
"Nope, are you"
"N-no" I lied
"Hey, s-stop!" I yelled as jungkook started ticking me

"Liar" He says laughing know hovering over me
We just sat there staring at each other when jungkook slowly starting leaning in
And before I knew it we kissed. He stopped and looked at me until I pulled him in and kissed him again, this time more roughly

"Hey y/n mom sai- OMG" jisoo says bursting into my room as jungkook jumped off of me
"Sorry, don't stop know I'll just be leaving"

I looked over at jungkook as my cheeks turned red
"So... I'll see you tomorrow"Jungkook says getting  his things leaving quickly
