The couples' mothers eventually left the condo, leaving them with their ceremony schedule in their minds that was in less than five days from now. Taeyong was worried about the gown he'll be wearing next week, but his mother knew what suits him more. He won't be needed in any fitting, neither Jaehyun. Everything needed for the ceremony will be brought and manage by their mothers.
Taeyong sat down on the couch and removed his heels. He sighed and knew Jaehyun is already in his room. It's almost dinner and he barely ate a while ago. He was starting to get worried, making him frown.
He did cook some dinner and ate alone on the table. He plated some for Jaehyun and placed it inside the fridge. Taeyong walk out of the living room and straight to Jaehyun's closed door. He knocked before he tried twisting the knob, and he was surprised when it opened again, just like last time.
Taeyong looked around the dark room and the computer's light was the only light that lit up the room. He saw Jaehyun on his chair and slept on his computer table. He pouted as he walked closer and looked at the sleeping man. The lady stared at him as his heart began to beat. He couldn't help but smile.
"You're so stubborn," Taeyong uttered softly.
Taeyong gets the comforter and hanged it across Jaehyun's broad shoulders. He softly run his fingers along his fiancee's strands and gently ruffled it.
"Good night, Jae."
The chirps of the birds made Taeyong flutter his eyes open. He looked around his room and slowly sat up on the edge of his bed. His messy bed hair was all over his face. He swift it away with both of his hands and comb it down with his fingers. Taeyong stood up and walk out of his room.
It wasn't surprising that the living room is empty and the food in the fridge wasn't touched. He sighed and recooked it in the microwave. Taeyong didn't bother to knock on Jaehyun's door, he thought he's already busy early this morning. He was the one who ate the food and didn't want to force Jaehyun.
Taeyong eats and remembered the first day him and Jaehyun went to the beach. It was fun and couldn't help but notice Jaehyun's stare on him while he play the water on the shore. The way he smile makes him melt, the way he talks makes his heart flutter and the way he look at him makes him feel special. He suddenly feel loved, even though Jaehyun's mostly inside his room and working on his book's chapters.
Taeyong misses Jaehyun.
It didn't take long for him to snap himself back to reality. He stood up from his chair and cleaned the condo. He took his bath and wore something comfortable. He clipped his hair behind his ear while he watched TV in the living room to kill time. There was nothing to do, he felt alone and still in shock that he has a fiancee.
Jaehyun didn't come out of his room the whole day. It wasn't surprising. Taeyong was all ready for bed, he was just watching TV just to make him sleepy. He heard a door opened, making him look behind him. He saw Jaehyun who's wearing jeans and a shirt. Taeyong frowned.
"Where are you going?" Taeyong asked.
Jaehyun looked at him after he wore his leather jacket, "I'm going out."
"For what? Are you done with your work?" Taeyong cocked his eyebrow up.
"Yeah, I already submitted it. I won't be home 'til tomorrow morning."
"Why?"
Jaehyun sighed quietly, "I'm just gonna find some girl to play with."
Taeyong shattered, but he smiled. He barely did.
"O-Okay," Taeyong cleared his throat and managed to pull off a smile, "H-Have fun..."
Jaehyun walked towards the door and said his bye to Taeyong before he closed it behind him. Taeyong returned his look at the TV and sighed. He turned it off and just walked into his room. He locked his door and threw himself on his bed. He felt upset and didn't want to show himself 'til the ceremony.
Hours has passed and Taeyong kept trying to fall asleep but he couldn't. His mind was too preoccupied with Jaehyun. He was just staring at the ceiling and heard something creaked from outside. He immediately stood up and slowly opened his door. He walked slowly through the hallway and into the living room. It was dark but he got the chance to find the switch on the wall and turned the lights on.
"Jaehyun?"
"Tae? You're still awake?" Jaehyun asked as he removed his shoes and left it as he walked closer to Taeyong.
Taeyong cleared his throat, "I...I couldn't sleep."
Jaehyun walked pass by Taeyong and sat on the couch. Taeyong looked at him as he fidget his fingers behind his back.
"I...I thought you won't be home 'til morning."
Jaehyun looked at his watch, "It's already one in the morning, Tae."
Taeyong barely chuckled, "It's pretty early."
"Well, yeah, I didn't get to find one."
The way Jaehyun looked at him and Taeyong couldn't help but avoid his eyes. But, he was definitely glad.
"You should've stayed longer. I'm sure they'll eventually come to you," Taeyong uttered.
Jaehyun sighed and stood up from the couch. Taeyong got surprised as Jaehyun wrapped his arm around the slim waist and pulled the lady closer to him. Both of them stared on each other's eyes. Taeyong bit his lower lip and felt the grip on his waist became tighter.
It didn't take long for them to connect their lips. Jaehyun pushed Taeyong against the wall and held the lady's hands above. Their lips moved in perfect sync and so does Jaehyun's hand that was caressing Taeyong's waist.
"What are we doing?" Taeyong asked between kisses.
"Playing," Jaehyun uttered breathlessly.
"Mine or yours?"
"Mine," Jaehyun answered and pulling Taeyong into his dark room.
A/N: I thought I wasn't gonna update uwu anyway, we all know Xiaojun (omo), Hendery (omfg yes) and Yangyang (nein) has already came out of their caves and they're surely gonna be in NCT. But, don't forget about OT18. I know NCT China will be talented and all but I don't want the other members to get underrated. So, yeah...
Love lots ♥
