My eyes slowly opened and right when it did , I shot up the bed. I was checking the time and luckily , that nap I took was just for an hour. I sighed in relief and I walked out of the room.

Right when I did , Cheng Xiao burst inside my room.

My eyes widened and I asked "what's wrong?" She then said "The party is in 2 hours and you're not close to ready! You don't even have the mark yet.!".

What mark?

But before I could ask her , she already pushed me inside the bathroom telling me to get ready.

"You look beautiful Feng Mian" the queen smiled happily while wiping her glossy eyes.

I wasn't even getting married yet but everyone's crying already. I stood in front of the mirror and I smiled. I was wearing a tight black dress that ended half way on my thigh and my sleeves were long and lace.

My shoes was gold and the queen said that , that was also the same shoe 4 generations of their family wore on the engagement party. After she knew that I was completely ready , she then said "go to the library Xukun is waiting".

There I nodded and I walked out of the room.

I finally saw the golden doors of the big library and so I pushed it open and when I did , I saw his back facing me. A smile crept up on my lips as I closed the door.

I then walked up to him and I tapped on his shoulder.

He turned around and when he did , he couldn't help but smile. "You look beautiful" he said and I grinned. He then told me to sit with him and so I did.

He held onto my hand and he asked "do you know about the mark?". There I shook my head.

He then sighed and he said "Ive never bitten you but this time I have to. Our relatives should know that we are official". There I tensed up. I didn't know if it was going hurt.

He then held onto my hands tighter and his lips were slowly attached to mine. Our kiss was gentle and soft , slowly he went down and he was now on my jawline.

His hands went towards my waist and right there , he was already nipping on my neck , probably leaving love bites. Suddenly I felt him open his mouth and I held my breath right away.

His fangs dug on my skin going deep and right at the bone.

A small whimper escaped my lips when he pulled off.

He made me look at him in the eye and he wiped the tears that came out , he then went towards my lips , looking at me in the eyes lovingly and then he said "I love you my princess".

-and just like that he kissed me once more.
