22 | Proper Poise

I walked with the queen as she continued insisting me to call her mom.

"Were here" she said and she pushed the gigantic silver door open.

My eyes widened as I saw the what's inside. It was filled with books but it wasn't the library for sure. The library is way bigger.

I followed her as she started taking books from shelves and placing it on my arms.
"Healing A Vampire" , "The History of Vampires" , "Darker Blood".

She started adding more and it was just books about everything , like how to speak properly , the proper manners , the talents and everything that a queen must possess.

I carried the books to the big table and I started sorting them out.

I was busy doing my thing when the queen was still going around the shelves.

Suddenly she gasped happily and she took out one thin book , she then walked towards me and she placed it on the table. "You need to read this too". She chimed.

There I looked at the title of the new book and my eyes widened. "Young Fangs" , it was basically a book about how to take care of your vampire baby.

She then smiled at me and she said
"This is your personal library , read all of the books I gave and understand it because you'll have a test in 3 days". She then walked away and she was about to leave when she turned back to me.

She then said

"Also before dinner go to one of the maids and ask them where Cheng Xiao is because she's going to help you with everything". I then nodded and there she left.

This was going to be a stressful week especially with the fact that I'm getting married in 4 days.
