~Kirito's P.O.V~

Moysa's always the girl who cheers everyone up, like as soon as she walks into a room a wave of positivity follows her. I don't think she realizes how much of an influence she has on everyone, instead I think she just sees it as a gift. She certainly treats everyone as her friend. But to her, I'm a little more special.

I watch her unwrap a present from me eagerly. It's hard to believe she's 18, she still has a childish youth to her appearance and behaviour. She squeals in delight when she opens up the new necklace I bought her with pretty little garnets in it.

"It's so pretty! Thank you Kirito!" She hugs me tightly, and I kiss her cheek because of it.

"You're gonna wear it to our dinner tonight."

"We're going out for dinner? Where to?"

"That's a surprise~!" I say with a playful chuckle as she pouts cutely.

"But now I wanna knowww.." She whines.

"You'll find out later~." I lift her up and spin around with her, which she can't help but to laugh about. She's always been a child in a body growing up faster than her mind, maybe she's not ready just yet...

I waited for Kirito later that night while he tied up his flowing, pure white hair into a bun. He still hasn't told me where we're going, so I whine impatiently when his hair takes forever to do.

"Kirito I wanna goooo!" I tug on his sleeve gently. He was wearing a black leather jacket with a grey top underneath, and black ripped jeans. Despite me looking a little childish compared to him, he smiled when he saw I was wearing my favourite pink bunny top and red checkered skirt.

"Cute~," He teased. "But you're forgetting something.."

I pulled a blank face. "Forgetting what?" I asked innocently.

"You've already completely forgotten... What did I give you earlier?"

"Oh! The necklace!" I quickly fetched it from my bedside table, feeling a little bad that I almost forgot about something that he gave me, which must have been expensive. I tried putting it on myself, but I struggled, the beautiful accessory slipping right out of my clumsy grip. Luckily Kirito was there to catch it swiftly.

"I'll do it, my little angel~.." He spoke calmly as he moved my long pink hair to the side. I let him willingly, although he always has to help me. He clasps the necklace together carefully then plants a gentle kiss on my neck before he holds my hand, his fingers intertwining with mine. "Ready to go now?" He asks.

I nod enthusiastically and follow him when he leads me outside. The air had a slight chill to it, but it wasn't too severe. I'm led down many different streets filled with diverse groups of different people. I spent the walk wondering what the restaurant will be like, what we will eat, what we will talk about...

Soon, we arrived at our chosen restaurant.

~Kirito's P.O.V~

I took her inside and told the staff about my reservation, who lead us to a corner table for two, a candle slowly dancing in the middle of the table. I pulled Moysa's chair out for her, which resulted in a giggle before she sat down. I smiled sweetly before sitting down myself, looking at the menu even though I've already looked at it a hundred times out of nervousness for tonight.

A waiter came and went when he took our orders, and I listened to Moysa ramble on and on about what Chatbie and Luba got her for today. I kept zoning out though, which isn't like me because I love her endless talking. Maybe it's the anxiousness eating at me? Our food came after a bit and I ate happily to distract myself, however, I was glad to see Moysa enjoying her food too.

After some time, we had just ordered dessert, which I knew would take a little bit of time. I watched Moysa idly fiddle with her necklace, her fingers running over the garnets. She was lost in thought so I decided this was the best time to do it. When I moved off my chair it brought her back to reality.

"Where are you going?" She asked innocently.

I smiled slightly and got down on one knee as a way to answer. She watched curiously as the whole place went quiet and watched me, putting a bit of pressure on but I knew it was now or never. I pulled out the small velvet box and opened it to her, exposing another piece of jewellery I got her today. This time, it was, of course, a ring, with small little diamonds decorating in a circle around the sapphire centrepiece, the jewels sparkling in the candlelight.

"Moysa Chang, you've always meant the world to me, and I have treasured you ever since I laid eyes on you. You would make me the happiest man alive today if you accept my proposal." I tried sounding as confident as I could, but I felt my voice wavering in the middle of my speech.

I watched her magical hair that changed colour depending on her emotion change to orange, which I knew to be surprise. I knew she was completely lost for words, as she kept blinking her eyes to make sure it was real. After a minute, normal, happy pink slings appeared in her hair, and small tears started rolling down her face.

"I-I will, Kirito... Of course I will!" She smiled as brightly as she could.

I slid the ring on her finger carefully and I pulled my mate into my arms for a loving embrace. Everyone in the restaurant cheered for me and her, and I was indeed the happiest man alive today.

I shared one tender and caring kiss with her before our desserts came.
