Part Eighteen

Eddie's Prov.

I woke up next to Richie and smiled. He then woke up and looked around, he looked worried. He then turned and saw me and started to cry as he hugged me. He looked under the covers and then he smiled and looked relived. "Oh thank god. It wasn't real." He said. "What happened?" I asked him, cuddling into him. He hugged me and kept kissing me multiple times. "IT. Eddie." "I saw your mom. She was holding you and made you say that you don't love me and you didn't want to hurt my feelings." He said, crying into my chest. "That's not true. I love you so much Richie Tozier. Now let's get dressed." I said grabbing a blanket and putting it around me. I walked out of my room and then screamed for a second. Someone was on the couch and they were sleeping. I slowly walked over to the person and looked at them and saw it was Beverly. I took a deep breath and then out. "Beverly?" I asked her, nudging her with my hand. She had bags under her eyes and she looked exhausted. "Did you see my note I left for you guys?" She asked. Rubbing her eyes. "No. What did it say?" I asked her. "I am spending the night and I'll explain what happened tomorrow." Richie read the note out loud. Richie got dressed and came out. "So what happened Bev?" Richie asked her. "I saw IT. Last night." She said looking down. Richie's eyes widened and looked at me. "What did you see?" I asked her. "I saw someone stumbling into my room. It looked like my dad and then when I turned on the light. It was IT. And I ran here as fast as I could." "I saw IT last night too." Richie said, looking down. "What did you see?" Beverly asked. "I saw IT, which is actually Eddie's mom. And she made him say that he doesn't love me. But it was fake." He said. Tearing up a little bit. Beverly went and hugged us. "I'm so sorry guys" she said. "It's okay" Richie said, playing with my messed up hair.

Bill's Prov.

I woke up and Stan was sleeping. I woke him up with a kiss and he sat up, wide-eyed. When he looked at me. He burst into tears as he hugged me tightly and never let go. He kissed me non-stop then cried harder. "What happened Stan?!" I asked him. Pulling him closer to me. He kept crying and when he pulled away he left a wet spot on my shirt. "You died! You died in my arms! You got hit by a car and I couldn't save you! Then you turned to dust and went through my fingers! When I looked back down at you, and you weren't you. IT took your place! I then ran inside your house and fell asleep, telling myself that it wasn't real." He said crying into me again. I teared up and cried with him when I realized how much he cares about me.

Mike's Prov.

I woke up and went to the bushes. They were all gone. I sighed and walked over to Eddie's house. As I was about to walk in, I saw Mrs. Kaspbrak leaving money for Eddie under the front door mat. "Hello Mrs. Kaspbrak, good morning." I said, smiling at her. "Oh hello Mike, good morning to you too." She said smiling as she got in her car and drove away. How does she know my name? I just shrugged as I walked in and saw Eddie, Richie, and Beverly talking. "Hey guys" I said. "Hey Eddie, I just saw your mom outside." I added. Their mouths dropped open and looked at me. "What?" I asked them. Eddie was the one who spoke up. "Did you see IT last night?" He asked. "Yeah! Did you guys see IT too?!" I asked them. "Yeah, me and Beverly did." Richie said. "And that's who you were just talking to." Eddie said. My jaw dropped and looked back at the door. "IT, IS YOUR MOM EDDIE?!" I yelled. Eddie nodded. "Oh shi-." I said, turning around quickly. Jumping slightly as someone opened the door. It was Bill and Stanley. "Guys. I saw something last night. It broke my heart, but it wasn't real." Stanley said. Slightly tearing up as Bill hugged him. "What happened Stan?" We all asked as we walked over to them. "He saw IT. And well. A car hit me and I died in his arms and when he looked back down. It was not me, there was IT." Bill said. Playing with Stan's Curls as he sniffled. Beverly covered her mouth and I saw her start to tear up. "I'm so sorry Stan." She said walking over to them. "Did any of you guys see something too?" Bill asked. "Did you see something Bill?" I asked. "No not yet. But how about you guys?" He asked. Me, Richie, and Beverly nodded. "Eddie? How about you?" Eddie shook his head and then turned his head to think. "Never mind. I guess I could say I did when I was stuck in the sewer." He said. Looking down. After Beverly hugged Bill and Stanley, she suddenly pulled back. "OH SHIT. Anyone hear from Ben recently?" She asked. We all shook our heads. "Let's go to him." She said walking out. We all followed.

Beverly's Prov.

We got to Ben's house and knocked. No one answered. I opened the door and looked in his room. No one was there. But the bathroom light was on and the door was closed. I opened it and screamed. I covered my mouth as I started to Sob. Looking down at Ben's dead body. I found a note and read it. It said "I love you even though what you said Beverly." I cried and sat on the floor. The rest of our group walked in and opened the bathroom door. I looked at all of their reactions and they stared tearing up and they covered their mouths. Richie sat across from me and sighed. Covering him mouth. I cried as I held the note to my chest.
