Mommy looks so happy. Splashing Niko and jumping from the top of the waterfall. I hope mommy decides we can stay.
"Mommy catch me!" I say climbing up to jump into the pool.
"I'm coming Athena, one sec....okay jump!" Mommy called as she swam over. She caught me just before my face went underwater. Marko swam over to us smiling.
Mommy gets out to go lay on a lawnchair grabs a towel and. Drys her hair a little with it. I hop into the donut tube and float around. Marko is swimming around and looking at mommy every chance he gets. Victoria comes out with a big tray.
"I have freshly squeezed lemonade and assorted sandwiches with chips and dip if anyone is hungry." She grins.
"Oh oh me! Somebody help I'm stuck and need to get to the other side! Ahh!" I hollar laughing. Marko pulls me out of the tube.
"I got you girl, let's get some food yeah?" He says swimming me over there carefully and handing me up to mom. She wraps me in a towel on her lap and puts a plate in front of me.
"Does my little girl want Turkey, ham, or bologna?" She asks.
"Turkey AND bologna! Pretty please." I say hungrily. She puts half of each on my plate as well as her own. Then chips on a smaller plate between us with a glob of dip.
We all eat quietly. Mommy looking at me, me looking at Marko, Marko looking at mommy. I eat all my food. Mommy eats all of hers and hands me some lemonade. Marko is too busy staring to eat much.
"Mr. Romero stop staring at me and eat." Mommy said with a small smile, not even looking up.
"You never looked up! How did you know it mommy?" I laughed.
"I could feel him staring darling." She smiled down at me.
"Maybe I don't care if you know I'm staring." He suggested.
Mommy laughed. "Whatever just eat your food."
