A few years later...
"Dogmi it's time to get up and go to school." You say as you gently shake your sleeping child.
"Eomma, just 5 more minutes... please." Dongmi begs.
"Honey, you said that 2 times already. It's time to get up now." You tell him. "Your sister is already up and ready. You should get ready too."
"Arasseo eomma." Dongmi says as he gets up and walks to the bathroom.
Wow. They're already 5 years old. Time sure flies by fast, kindergartners already T^T.
"Eomma. When is Appa coming back home?" Eunrim asks you.
"I don't know, princess. Appa works a lot. He'll come home soon though, Okay? Don't worry, arasseo?" You say trying to assure her.

3 months ago you and Eunwoo had gotten into a fight causing him to storm out saying,
"I can't deal with this anymore. I'm leaving because I need some time to think! I'll be back, I don't know when. Don't call me or text me in the mean time."

A tear slides down your face thinking about it. The kids were at school during that time so they have no idea about it.
"Don't cry, mommy." Dongmi says as he runs to you giving you a big hug with tear filled eyes. "If mommy cries, Dongmi cries too T^T."
"Yeah, eomma. Don't cry. I'm sure Appa will be back." Eunrim joins in giving you and big hug.
These children are so precious. They're such great children. Whenever you're sad they're always there for you. They're only 5 but they're so mature, especially Eunrim.
"Gomowo Eunrim-ah, Dongmi-yah. Eomma loves you two." You say as you kiss their foreheads.
Wiping away the tears you ask Dongmi what he wants to eat for breakfast.
"Dongmi, what are you hungry for? Do you want lucky charms like your sister or do you want some thing else?"
"I want froot loupes!" He says with a bright smile.
"Ahh. You're just like eomma." You smile. "My favorite cereal is Froot loups."
You get him his cereal and just sit there with your children as they eat.
"Be fast okay? Or you two will be late for school. You don't want to ruin your perfect attendance record." You smile at them.
They finish eating their food and grab their backpacks...
They're Astro backpacks. Those kids sure love their father...
