(Title credit- The Phoenix)
We have newbies today.
You could say I'm excited. New people to scare off and intimidate.
We're all gathered in the kitchen, to give them a 'warm welcome'.
Slowly, they're brought in.
One's pale, very pale, with shoulder-length black hair. With wide eyes, he looks around and clings onto the arm of the tan one with long chocolate hair.
One has short brown hair with blonde in it. Under his arm is a boy with pink and brown hair. He looks less terrified than the pale boy, but still scared enough. Good.
The tan one and the one with brown and blonde hair step away from the others. Escorts. Of course. The pale one starts shaking as soon as the tan one steps away, so he sighs and wraps his arms around the crying boy.
There are a few who are alone.
A short boy with a fringe covering half his forehead. A boy with a skirt and long bright red hair.
We learn their names, though I only remember Alex, the pink haired one, and Ryan, the one with the fringe.
"Wentz!"
I look up at Nurse Camper. She gestures for me to come over, so I sigh and drag my feet until I'm stood in front of her.
"Wentz, you're getting an escort, just as Kellin and Alex got one before they arrived. Acht- no talking," she interrupts my attempted interrupting. "His name is Patrick, and he will be in charge. If I get a bad report from him, it, you'll be solitary confinement, understand?"
I sigh again. "Is this because I shattered that window with a rock?"
Camper nods. "Amongst other things, yes."
I roll my eyes. "Fine. When do I meet him."
It was more a begrudging statement than a question.
Camper just makes a wild hand gesture, that I'm amidst comprehending when a pale boy with blonde hair walks over.
A large grin takes over my face as I take him in.
Well now. This makes things interesting.
I'm gonna have some fun this week.
