Chapter 8: Joshua's Secret ✔️[REREAD]

(Y/N POV)

After you finished your crying session, a thought came to mind. 'Where the hell am I?' you thought as you gave your brother a creepy look.

"Hey, idiot. You never answered my question so I'm going to ask you one more time. You better turn your ears on because I hate repeating myself. WHERE AM I?" you looked at him with irritation.

"About that, let me show you something. If I show you while explaining it to you, then you might understand." Joshua smiled while gripping your wrist and dragging you with him.

-Hours Later, Night-

After what feels like forever of walking, you stopped causing Joshua to stop as well. You closed your eyes, focusing on your unsteady breathing, trying your best to calm it down. As you opened your eyes, you looked at the night sky.

"Mom, I wish you were still here. I miss you dearly." you mumbled to the sky. Joshua watches you with sadness in his eyes. "It's been really hard without you by my side. You have probably seen what I had to go through and why I ran away. But would you blame me?" Joshua walks over to you and hugs you from behind, spreading his warm around you. "I want to thank you for leading me to my brother. I finally feel love and happiness. I love you mom." you smiled at the sky. You nod your head, indicating for him to continue the journey.

The view of a beach began to fill your vision. It was so peaceful with the sounds of waves crawling onto the shore. Memories with your mother and brother, laughing, playing, and full of happiness, flooded your mind. Joshua, who emerges from behind you, heads to the water.

Deeply gazing at the stars, his eyes started to turn into a blood red color. Your eyes widen as you felt the different aura surround him. Fear crept into your body causing your heart beat faster.

Your jaw dropped, like down to the bottom of the deepest ocean on earth. "H-how is this possible?" you questioned.

"Remember when that woman complained about you, a 'human', being here?" Joshua asked calmly, still staring out at the stars.

"Yes... Aren't you human, though? I'm related to you, right?" you felt uneasy as you stood beside him, looking out at the dark ocean.

"We are still related but we aren't fully human. Mother was a vampire from this village that nobody knows of. When father married mother, he didn't know about her true self. Nobody knew, to be honest. You also have this side of you. You just need to find the right time to unlock the secrets of your vampire powers." He smiled at you as you just stood there staring out into the distance, trying to process this new information.

-Meanwhile-
(Jimin POV)

I decided to take a walk in the forest behind our HQ, that's already in the middle of this forest. Walking helps calm my nerves and after what just happened, I really needed it. To be honest, I knew why she left in the first place. I had a weird instinct on why she did and it was proven to be correct. He disgusts me with how he treats her. From now on, I will protect you, Y/N. BTS will protect you.

All of a sudden, I heard people talking. Of course, my curiosity goes through the roof, pushing me to find out who's talking this late at night. The voices lead me to a beach. As I looked around, I saw her with a man.

I saw Y/N.
