The Morrigan was a Celtic goddess of war, destruction, death, fertility, crows or raven and fate. Some described her as a one-soul deity, others said they were a trinity sisters under one title.

The trinity; Nemain/Anand whom was well-preferred by those who believed to the existent of only one-soul deity to be The Morrigan. She was a goddess of war, death, fate and sovereignty. She brought frenzy and confusion by her battlecries, creating havoc of panic between the soldiers.

Badb, the goddess of war, destruction and crows. She was a powerful sorceress who brought a catastrophe of slaughters in battleship. All of the sisters could shape-shift into crow or raven, but Badb was mostly depicted to be the goddess of it.

Last, Macha, the goddess of the lands, kingship, fertility, war and horses. She represented the wealth and power of a battalion. She was associated to the hurricane of arrows and flames in a battleship.

With the unlimited lust of bloodthirsty, Tuatha Dé Danann, the early and primal deities saw this as a threat. The trinity had bring numerous downfall to the civilizations. So with one voice of assent, they were exiled, along with the revocation of their goddess title and power.

Their mother, Ernmas was brokenhearted to see her children stranded by themselves, so she followed them to their disposal. The Morrigan, engulfed with hurt and rage wanted to seek revenge. They asked her mother to rebirth them, hoping with them once again born from her womb would restore their power.

Ernmas agreed. So they reincarnate, once again were born from her. Morrigan then have the ability of her chaos-cries and to imperfectly bring back the dead to life (supposedly a herd of zombies as she woken them up). Badb with her sorceress power and the crow-shapeshifting, and Macha with the super strength and agility.

However, their goddess title wasn't restored. That authority remained to the primal deities. The Morrigan did have longevity, they didn't age, but they couldn't come back to the other deities. They weren't worshipped anymore, and so people started to forget them. The Morrigan remained as a vague reminiscence among the civilizations. Only until they learned, once they were dead, they would be back to their origin.
