y/n, about to leave

I pack my "aesthetic" backpack, as called by my best friend Tori, but I just call it "the cheapest backpack I could find on Romwe." Anyway, I pack my backpack, fill up my rose gold S'well bottle, and turn on my spring playlist on Spotify. The first song that comes on is "idontwannabeyouanymore" by Billie Eilish, my favorite song.

I fell in love with Billie Eilish's music from going through rough times, feeling like everyone was playing against me, before I met Tori. Her music showed me that other people were going through the same things I was.

My phone starts to ring. I pull it out of my back pocket and look at the contact information. It's Tori, so I answer.

"Y/n! Are you excited for UCLA?" Tori yells into the phone.

"God, Tori, of course I am," I laugh. "It's our dream school after all."

"I know right!" Tori says with a mouthful of what was probably a Larabar, or some other healthy snack she loves since she became vegan. "Remember when we were 12 and 13 obsessing over Wyatt and Jaeden?" Wyatt Oleff and Jaeden Lieberher, our teen celebrity crushes, who we loved.

"Duh, it was an unhealthy obsession," I say sarcastically. "That's such a throwback."

"I know! I was looking through my computer to find some old screenshots of us freaking out over some pictures of them," she laughs.

"Oh god, please delete those," I sigh.

"You really were obsessed y/n. On another note, when are you getting here?"

"I'm almost ready, I said goodbye to my parents and brothers already, I'm just going to stop for some pressed juice for a juice freeze and to say goodbye to Russell," I tell her. "Then I'm getting on the subway on the way towards downtown."

"Oh! Say bye for me too!" she says excitedly.

"I will, see ya!" I hang up.

Tori, her last moments in New York

I'm still looking through my old computer and totally cringing. Y/n and I were super obsessed with Wyatt and Jaeden, only for them to both disappear off the face of the Earth after filming IT chapter 2.

We always joked about them running away together, but recently, there's been paparazzi circulating the internet of two people that look strangely like them, who are always together. Everyone blows it over, even y/n, but I still have a hunch it's them
